There are three levels in this villa:
Ground Floor:
Living room with fireplace from 18th century. Dining room sitting ten persons, beautiful kitchen, as well as an office with computer ADSL, Fax, and Telefon.
The French doors open outside to the verandah and garden with plenty century cypress trees and nice place to have lunch and diner outside. The house is comfortably furnished with antics and in provencal-style.
First Floor:
Master bedroom, bathroom, and water closet with large terrace.
One bedroom with bathroom and water closet.
Second Floor:
One room with doppelbed and bathroom with water closet and private terrace.
One bedroom with bathroom and separate water closet.
The swimming pool 13 meters by 6 meters. A bowling place. Tennis court is a three minute walking distance away. The house is located within 30 minutes from Italy, Monte Carlo, Cannes. St.Paul de Vence and plenty of other small villages to discover and explore.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
English speaking and daily maid service is provided.
Non-refundable 25% rental deposit is required, with balance settled at least four (4) weeks before the date booked.
A refundable damage deposit is required with the balance of the rental.
Linens provided.
House is 300 square meters in size.
