The decorator used a minimalist approach so everyone can easily make it feel like home. The open living room is outfitted with plush couches and a gas-fireplace creating the ideal place to unwind after another great day in the Colorado Rockies. The kitchen comes equipped, with all the necessities for you to easily whip up a delicious home cooked meal. Or, if the weathers nice, venture outside onto the patio and grill some juicy burgers while watching the sun set over the snow covered peaks. Once everything is ready, take a seat at the wooden dining table to eat in comfort and share stories of the day.
When you begin to take notice of your exhausted muscles, tired from taking part in all the fun adventures Summit County offers, wander downstairs and hop in the hot tub. The steaming water and bubbling jets will make sure you wake up refreshed and ready for another day of fun.
After your rejuvenating soak in the hot tub, select from one of the three bedrooms. Each are furnished with plush beds and Colorado inspired décor so you will fall asleep dreaming of tomorrow. If you are lucky enough to snag the master, enjoy even more spectacular views of the majestic mountains and fall asleep dreaming of the outdoors.
This home has everything you could ask for when vacationing in Breckenridge. It is both centrally located while still providing elite privacy. In winter there’s no need to hassle with parking at the ski resort as a private ski shuttle will pick you up at your door and drop you off at the base of Breckenridge Resort, virtually making this home ski-in/ski-out. Or if you want to spend a day in town perusing the boutique shops and sampling the surplus of restaurants, the shuttle will happily drop you off on Main Street.
In the summer, there’s no need for a shuttle as the paved bike/walking trail is just minutes from your home and runs from Breckenridge to Frisco and beyond. Nearby there is also a wide selection of hiking and biking trails that wind through our National Forest, which can also be used for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing in the winter.

Why the Owner Chose Highland Greens
A very common line around here is “we came for the winter and stayed for summer”. I can’t tell you how many “locals” say they came here to experience just one season of fun on the slopes before returning to the “real world”. Five, 10, 20 years later they’re still here! Some tried to leave and ended up coming back thinking that retirement was just too far off! Breckenridge is an adult's playground. With or without children, there are numerous activities and events to keep all ages happy.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
I visit this property regularly and know it about as well as I know my own home. I can tell you that my favorite aspect of this home is it’s openness. This townhouse is bright and open. With hardwood floors and minimalist décor, the home invites the guest to make it their own. It’s also slightly out of town so you get to enjoy the open expanse around the home as well, including the 27-hole Jack Niclaus designed golf course! My favorite aspect within the home is the sanctuary feel of the master bedroom. It’s secluded on the top floor whereas the other two bedrooms are two floors down (separated by the living room) so I think it’s the perfect family getaway.

We are Pete and Imane and we own a small vacation lodging business called Book Breck Lodging. We manage several homes here in Breckenridge for second homeowners. The advantage of a small management company over renting directly from a homeowner or from a large resort is that we are on location and accessible.
The best part of the job for us is that we get to meet people who also love Breckenridge or who are about to experience it for the first time. We each fell in love with this town because of the variety of things that it offers. It's a small town with a big personality. It offers the charm, quaintness and history typical of a small town, but combines the liveliness and variety of different fun and adventurous activities, high end restaurants and shopping, and year round community activities. It’s the perfect balance of two worlds that has created a laid back and fun place to be. We have yet to meet someone who hasn’t fallen under the Breckenridge spell!
Sometimes we just talk to our guests on the phone. Sometime we’ll have a glass of wine with them and really get to know them. It depends on the guest and if they prefer privacy in their vacation home away from home, or if the have time to sit down with some locals. Either way, we want our guests to think of us as their friends in Breckenridge who they can come visit again and again.

We stayed here in December (2007) and loved it. It was beautifully furnished, sparkling clean, warm and had wonderful amenities and plenty of room. The people were so nice to deal with too! We plan on staying here again.

Before arriving, Imane was very helpful in answering all of my questions. The information we received before coming was very helpful - the directions from airport to house were perfect. The year round services and activities information...priceless! Last night we had dinner at South Ridge Seafood Grill. A very cozy, friendly, lively place. We all enjoyed our drinks, meal, and desert choices. My husband and I enjoyed a club sandwich and Guiness while enjoying the sunset on the deck at Burk & Riley's pub. The welcome "goodies", maps, and cupons in the basket at the condo were a thoughtful touch. We used the 20% off coupon for our ski rental. Thank you! The free shuttle that picked our boys up on the days we took off from skiing in Breckenridge was appreciated. Another dinner out that we enjoyed was Ember. The 4 of us enjoyed our meal choices. The trout was delicious! For gourmet style food & the servings were perfect. The atmosphere was cozy and quiet - very enjoyable. Our server was very honest and helpful. I have left my feelings of our lodging choice with Pete and Imane. We are so happy with the decision to choose this house. I have never felt so at home as quickly as I did entering this house. We just returned from our one week in Breck and this rental was great! We had 5 people in our group and loved that everyone had their private room and bathroom. We also loved that the living area was in its own floor which gave all the bedrooms privacy. The shuttle to the ski area was great also. It came every hour on the hour and ran all day. Very convenient!! The house was clean and kept at a very cozy temperature. Everything was clean and we even enjoyed some of the kitchen items that were in the house like seasonings, salad dressings, etc. I would recommend going to the rental prior to going grocery shopping. One small recommendation, is to have some non-stick pans as we needed them for making breakfast. Other than that, we will definately rent this unit again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I liked this townhouse alot and most of our vacation we stayed indoors, it was a very nice little place. We loved the comfy sofa in the living room. The home is conveniently located. The only thing that I did not like was the bed in the master bedroom, it has an extremely firm mattress and I am used to a softer one, the was the only thing I did not like, my back was killing me for days. But other than that the home is very nice and we enjoyed our stay there. The owners are very nice too.
