There are 2 oversized and newly decorated bedrooms on this level each with their own bath, full or queen size bed and seating area. The Master Bedroom, with chaise lounge for reading and relaxing, has doors opening out on to the wrap around deck. The second bedroom has unforgetable views of mountains and a couch that folds out for sleeping (perfect for a child).
The lower level offers a huge richly paneled family room with fireplace, pool table & poker table (equipped with professional poker chips). Light a fire and enjoy a movie on the 55 inch screen TV (with premium cable with DVR) or VCR and/ or DVD player. There is also an abundant selection of family games and puzzles for all ages.
The deck off the family room has a ping pong table (where many a tournament has been played). Guests can also enjoy croquet, bocce ball or bad mitten. You can even pick up a game of basketball on the lower yard level while looking at the boats sailing in the harbor. The house is wonderfully designed to accommodate several areas (and levels) of entertaining.
On this lower level are 2 additional newly decorated bedrooms that are also very large rooms with either queen or full sized beds & seating areas.
For an additional fee, there is also an office that can accommodate additional sleeping.

If you time your visit right there may be 4 'Concert Club' tickets (premier seating) at the newly renovated, renowned Santa Barbara Bowl - one of the premier outside concert venues in the country. Artists appearing 2005/2006 summers included Aretha Franklin, the Eagles, Loggins & Messina, Carol King, Donna Summer, Beck, Robert Plant, Jack Johnson, Chicago & Earth, Wind & Fire, James Talor, Bonnie Raitt,Pearl Jam... and many more!!! Homeowners also have subscriptions to the local Ensemble Resident Theatre Company and to the Sings Like Hell Series at the historic Lobero Theatre. Ticket prices vary & are not included with the rental price.
