If you like the shore you will love Stone Harbor located on New Jersey's famous seven-mile Island of Stone Harbor-Avalon. The beaches are groomed every morning and guarded with designated areas for rafting, surfing, or swimming.
Stone Harbor is a quiet beach resort town where the emphasis is on the family and the beach. The well known Cape May Zoo (free) is located within a few miles; The Wetlands Institute, at the entrance of Stone Harbor, is a real treasure.

Why the Owner Chose Stone Harbor
Fran (my wife) and I were introduced to Stone Harbor in the late 1980's. We rented a week every summer until 2001 when we had the opportunity to buy. We get down there several times a year now... usually with chores to be done. But regardless we still mix work with pleasure. One day we hope to significantly reduce the week’s available for renting so that we can use it ourselves. For now, please enjoy!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We are very close to the center of town where everything is happening. It is so exciting. We are two blocks to the beach and two blocks town, Restaurants, ice cream parlors, and shopping... wave runners, fishing, surfing... everything is here. We are also only a short drive to Cape May, the Cape May Zoo, and the Wildwood board walk.

This property was so convenient to everything - the beach and town were close enough to walk to. The rental fee was reasonable and the condo was fine for a small amount of people.

close to the beach so my 3 1/2 old daughter could walk. also shopping places nearby. Condo itself is small but everything's eqipped except no air-conditioning in one bedroom. i always had to open the door to the livingroom to get cold air. but the fan was in every room it helped. resonable rental fee and great location.On our way home, we stopped by Ocean city which is less than half an hour.
