Conveniently located across the street from famous Kamaoale Beach #1, snorkeling, swimming, sunbathing and beautiful sunsets are just a quick few minutes walk away.
Our clean, bright, recently renovated and fully updated one bedroom, one bath condominium is situated in the second building, so set far enough back from the road to be removed from traffic noise, yet still incredibly close to the beach and other activities. Our unit is suitable for 2 adults and up to 2 small children.
The entire unit has been refurbished with all new furniture, appliances, carpet, tile, kitchen, paint and related accessories. From the moment you walk in the door, you will experience an updated, modern environment ~ so you can relax in comfort while on vacation at our favorite place in paradise.
Our unit is located on the third floor and offers a partial ocean view and territorial view of the West Maui Mountains. In the event you’ve worn yourself out enjoying your vacation and just can’t face the stairs, there is an elevator to transport you to the third floor.
Since we’re not on the ground floor, the lanai is truly private – so you can enjoy your morning coffee or romantic dinner in peace. And no worries that your personal belongings you may leave on the lanai mysteriously disappear!
Our smoke-free condominium has all the amenities to maximize your vacation fun with minimal effort. The fully equipped kitchen contains all new essentials ~ range, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, ice tea maker & espresso machine!
There’s a washer and dryer as well, so you can pack a bit lighter or perhaps use to wash the sand out of your shorts. There’s also a beach umbrella and beach chairs – just add your swimsuit and suntan lotion and you’re ready to enjoy the sun. For added security, we have an in-room safe for you to store your valuables while you're out enjoying the Maui sunshine.
Along with the modern kitchen, there is a newly furnished bedroom, living and dining area. The living room features a queen size sofa sleeper and sitting chair, so after a long day in the sun, you can comfortably enjoy the television, DVD Player and CD Stereo.
In the bedroom, there is a restful queen size bed (with extra pillows!). In addition to Air Conditioning, ceiling fans have been installed in both the living room and bedroom to keep the tropical air circulating. And of course, cable television, high speed internet (wireless or ethernet connection) and telephone service with free long distance to the US Mainland and Canada is included.
The Maui Vista Resort grounds are beautifully maintained and boast three swimming pools, six championship tennis courts, gas barbecue grills and picnic areas.

We are back now and just wanted to let you know that we again really enjoyed our stay in your condo. The kitchen upgrades are great and we appreciated them especially the new cabinet in the corners with all the extra counter space. The brita filter jug was a good improvement for drinking water. Again thanks for everything. We will have wonderful memories again all winter.

I loved the condo- great attention to details and very clean. Very comfy bed. I really appreciated how quiet it was down at the end of the hallway. I've stayed at Maui Vista several times in the past and have never had a problem with noise- one of the things I love about it- but one of the renters was complaining about how noisy his condo was next to the elevator so I was so glad I was in yours. I gave him your info for a future trip. Thanks again and I hope to be back soon.

Today is our last day in Barb and Jeffs condo. We could live here except we could not find a cheese grater. Everything else is perfect, but the cheese grater is a deal breaker so we are heading back to Portland Oregon. This place is comfortable, quiet, well stocked for cooking, and very convenient to everything. We apprecaited the north faceing lanai. it is always shaded. Parking is a breeze. Barb and Jeff are wonderfull to deal with, they are very organized. The unit itself is a bit older, built with cheaper windows, doors, cabinets, sinks, showers, appliances...... but everthing works great and is very clean and maintained. The bed and furniture are very comfortable. We will come back,you can't beat this location, price, and ammenities. Bring a cheese grater.

This condo had what we needed, and it's located near most of our favorite beaches. It was clean and well-equipped, and everything worked. Barb is great to work with, and was very helpful with our needs and concerns. She mailed the keys and we mailed them back, which makes check-in (even after office hours) and check-out very simple. Payment is made (and the deposit refunded) through Pay-Pal, which makes the whole transaction safe and easy. We've stayed in five different Maui Vista condos, and Barb & Jeff's is the nicest. Next time we go to Maui, we'll call Barb again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+.

We're back from our vacation and we thank you for the use of your condo. It was very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed being a short walk to the beach, and close to other activities.
