We invite you to vacation in our beautifully remodeled and redecorated 1 bedroom 2 bath condo with panoramic ocean views in the luxurious Elua Village, a true oceanfront resort. The ocean views can be enjoyed from every room and a large, private lanai. It's the perfect spot for a special vacation with incredible views/sunsets and is as close to paradise as we've found. Our remodeled condo includes:
- designer furnishings/2 flat screen TVS, stereo/IPOD connection/CD, new carpeting
- custom kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets/flooring
- 2 bathrooms with new marble tile floors/shower/bath and vanities/fixtures
- King bed in the Master Bedroom and Queen sleeper sofa in the Living Room; comfortably sleeps 4 with 2 bathrooms for privacy and ideal for couples or a family
This 2nd floor condo with vaulted ceilings in a 2 story building has unbelievable ocean views from south of Lanai to the tip of west Maui with breathtaking sunsets. The large lanai can be accessed from the Living and Dining Areas and Master Bedroom.
In a few minutes walk, you can be at the beautiful sandy Ulua Beach directly in front of Elua's property and, as of November, 2008, Elua has these new features:
- oceanfront pool with comfortable chaise lounges and great views of the vibrant blue waters and nearby islands
- adjoining shaded pavilion with a lounge area and tables/chairs, kitchen/refrigerator/BBQ facilities for entertaining with wonderful views of the ocean
- computer nook with free internet access/print airline boarding passes in Elua's office
- exercise room with the latest equipment/ocean views (listed below in "Features/Other Amenities")
The second pool/whirlpool spa is a 2 minute walk from our condo. On Elua's oceanfront point, there is a gated, private and beautiful grassy area with cabana chaise lounges and incredible ocean and island views. Another special feature is the Wailea Beach Walk, a 2 mile paved oceanfront walk with spectacular scenery; it's directly in front of Elua Village's property and winds past the hotels and resorts. Nearby are the Wailea championship golf courses - Gold, Emerald, and Blue ... discounts are available for Elua Village guests. Tennis is also nearby at the Wailea Tennis Club. The "Shops at Wailea" with great restaurants, exquisite stores and art galleries, and 2 convenience stores are only a 5 minute walk from our condo.

We have stayed at numerous condos in S. Kihei to Wailea and this is definitely the best. Extremely well appointed, equipped and comfortable in the #1 location in Wailea. In addition, a great view on a spectacular deck where every night is a memorable sunset celebrated with a glass of wine. The owner is very attentive and strives to ensure everything is perfect for your vacation. We had a problem with the A/C and the owner had a contracter on the scene immediately to deal with the problwm. Highly recommeded as a first class condo accuartely represented on the VRBO site.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+.

Mahalo! We are forever grateful to be able to spend time together in this magical place. We enjoyed your condo so much and loved waking up to the most spectacular view of the ocean and palm trees. 3 weeks in paradise and hard to believe it's coming to an end. Thank you for sharing #304 - it was fabulous and especially nice to BBQ and take in the beautiful sunsets at the same time!! Maui never disappoints -- by far the greatest holiday destination we have experienced. Mahalo!

We had a fantastic vacation, a large part of which can be attributed to our wonderful accomodations! Your condo and Elua property were perfect in every way, and we couldn't have been more comfortable. Elua Village has always been our favorite place to stay, and your lovely home was a real delight; so well appointed with the recent remodeling. We had everything we could possibly need - lovely Hawaiian furnishings, very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, and comfortable lanai with outstanding views of the beach and ocean. It was perfect for beautiful moonscapes and sunrises. We were treated to many whale antics which is always such a joy! We thank you again for sharing it with us!

We have so thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at your wonderful condo in paradise. We spent many afternoons at Elua's Point relaxing and watching the waves and walking on the oceanfront beach walk. We enjoyed sitting out on the lanai watching the sunsets from your lounge chairs. Thanks again for sharing your place in paradise with us ... we have enjoyed it so.

We had a wonderful time in your beautiful condo. 9 days of "perfect" weather. The views from the condo were just breathtaking, and we never missed a sunset on the lanai. For those that need to stay in touch with the Mainland, the condo wireless worked perfectly. We'll look forward to coming back in 2010!

Perfect!!! Everything about your condo was perfect. Excellent in every way and we very much look forward to staying again. We appreciate the cleanliness and updated features.
