Explore Bohemian Pahoa town only five minutes away. The Puna coast's lush rain forest and black sand beaches lie just beyond. Ten minutes past Pahoa is a lava heated swimming pond, and the Kapoho tide pools with excellent snorkeling. Drive 30 minutes and spend an unforgettable day in Volcanoes National Park. Convenient Location: situated in a quiet neighborhood only five minutes from Pahoa, and seven minutes from Keaau where you can find quaint restaurants, open-air markets, grocery stores, and other shops to meet your needs. It is also 20 minutes from Hilo, the center of Hawaiian culture, and the Hilo Airport. Once you arrive at this cottage, however, you will rarely hear the sounds of civilization. A Unique Getaway: This is not for the average tourist seeking a golf course, luau, or pricey boutique around the corner. If you want privacy, local flavor, and swimming and hiking without the crowds, this is the place for you. People who have moved to Hawaii have used our cottage as their home while they were building or seeking to buy a house.

Weekly  Rate .. $250/week,  plus $45 Cleaning Charge.
Monthly Rate .. $800/month, plus $100.00 Cleaning Charge.
Nightly Rate .. $ 45/night, plus $25 Cleaning Charge (2 night minimum stay)
All short term rental transactions include a 11.416% sales tax
Long term rentals do not include the sales tax
Cleaning deposit will be returned if place is left clean
