Lovely apartment and hostess

The apartment is absolutely lovely - perfect for two people with lots of space and a great terrace. Also, Ghislaine was WONDERFUL. Really kind and communicative.

Close to San Marco square

Nice apartment, clean and convenient. The Farini restaurant was very good for take out. For my taste though I would have preferred a less crowded neighbourhood.

Spacious Venice apartment in fantastic location

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very spacious and well-stocked. We were also surprised by how quiet it was once we closed the shutters. Having access to a washing machine was fantastic but the dishwasher was not working during our stay. The hot water is also very patchy. It only lasts for about one minute at a time. While the space was great for us, it wouldn't suit those with mobility limitations or families with small children. The bedroom is in a loft up a very steep set of stairs and there is no railing. It would be quite dangerous for kids. I agree with other visitors that it would be helpful for the host to provide some further information on how to use the washing machine, where to drop rubbish etc. We did ask about rubbish at check in and were given very vague instructions that were not helpful when we actually went to try and find the spot. There is also a map but because it's Venice, it too is difficult to interpret!

Wonderful experience. The apartment was clean and the host very welcoming.

I would recommend this property. The host was incredibly patient with my lack of knowledge of the Italian language. Beautiful city and the apartment was in a busy but desirable part of the city.
