Be Carefull We dropped a lot money for a Sea Bluff Condo that was " just steps to beach". In fact, it backed up on US 101. The traffic noise from this major highway was unbearable. Because of the noise, we had to sleep and live with all the doors and windows closed. During the summer with no AC!!!!!. Even shut in, the noise from the train (oh yeah the train) would rattle your brain. If you can get a unit at least one block away from US 101 this place would be nice...otherwise skip it!!!!!
