What a wonderful stay! Connie and Chris are great hosts. The breakfasts will hold you thru supper and the accomodations on the beach are great. There is a LOT of privacy, however if the house next door gets rented you lose some. The lots on the other side are vacant, so not many people to bother you there. Remember before you book to understand that this is C/O friendly. If you've never tried it this might be the place to make it your first. Thanks Connie for the great vacation!

My wife and I spent 3 nights with Chris and Connie 03/04 - 03/07. Dolce Vita is a beautifully landscaped place to stay. The setting is very conducive to relaxing and passing the time. The beach is rough here and there but is still a good walking beach. It was too windy/chilly when we were there to check out the snorkeling but I here it's nice. Chris and Connie were great hosts helping us arrange for a rental car, advising on places to eat and things to do. I would recommend Dolce Vita for anyone looking for a homey place to stay near Tulum at the beach.

We stayed at Villa Dolce Vita in early February of 2010. Chris and Connie could not have been better hosts. What an ideal location. Take the shoes off and get right to the hammock on the beach. Grab a book, and leave only to go grab food at Don Cafeto's in Tulum. An ideal vacation. Will definitely be back.

We just spent the most wonderful week at Villa Dolce Vita. Connie & Chris are so attentive to any needs you might have. The villa is spotless, the beach is beautiful and the grounds are immaculate. As everyone else has commented, the breakfasts are superb. This is definitely a location one would think to return to. We couldn't be more pleased.

We are a family of four (two small children) and were delighted at the warm treatment we received from our hosts Connie and Chris. They are very knowledgable about the area and have great taste in restraunts! They'll point you in the right direction until you feel like a native of the area. The breakfasts are, as everyone writes, wonderful. Absolutly delicious. The grounds are kept beautiful and you may spend a day doing nothing more than laying on the beach. Good snorkling, nice and private but close enough to markets to keep even a nervous mother satisfied. We would recommend Dolce Vita to anyone wanting to experience a less touristy version of the Mayan Riviera.

We both stayed at this bed and breakfast after many years of searching for the "right" kind of clothing optional experience. we could not have made a better choice. Connie and Chris were excellent hosts and we were served the best breakfasts every morning. The solitude on this beach is outstanding. If you are looking for a place to get away from it all and drop off of the face of the earth for a few days, there is not a better place to do it than Villa Dolce Vita. We will definately be back. If you cannot reconnect with a loved one at this place, something is seriously wrong. We have never been on a vacation where we felt so relaxed and yet felt like young kids again. Connie and Chris, we thank you very much for an excellent experience. It is very comforting to know that we have our own little place in paradise to escape to. Can't wait to get back to the "point"!!!

We stayed April 18-25, 2007. We loved our stay! Chris & Connie are wonderful hosts. The food was great and our room was wonderful. Very private beach, wonderful snorkelling, close to all kinds of great activities and to Tulum. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

We were guests at Chris and Connie's in April and had a great time. It was our first experience of clothing optional and the weather, company, facillities and surroundings made it very memorable. We'd love to go back and plan to soon.

We were at the Villa for 6 days in mid May. Our visit could not have gone better or been more pleasant! As others have noted, Connie and Chris are fantastic hosts and are able to provide tons of information on things to do (or avoid) in the area. The room was very comfortable and while there was air conditioning, we never used it. We also never saw a mosquito or any other offensive insect. This was our first clothing optional experience and it could not have been better! It took a day or so to adjust but we're hooked! We snorkeled at Hidden Worlds at Connie's suggestion and had a great experience. The snorkeling at the reef by the villa was the best I have ever experienced (and it was free). We also took in the ruins at Tulum but spent much of our time simply lounging and reading, either on the beach or at the pool. We also had some very good dinners and had a fantastic time getting to know the other couple visiting at the same time. We had some concerns about the food and water but followed Connie's advice (eat and drink whatever you want) and had absolutely no problems. If you are looking for a relaxing romantic get-a- way I don't know that you could find a better place than the Villa. If you have questions I would be happy to try and answer them. We enjoyed every minute we spent at Dolce Vita. Connie and Chris are excellent hosts and really make you feel at home. Spectacular sunrises, soothing massages by the beach, great breakfast, we'll definitively be back!
