  We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this beautiful home. The home is beautifully appointed and so comfortable. We especially enjoyed the lovely gardens in the back yard...very private and quiet (except for the occassional baseball game in the nearby park). Just a few blocks from downtown, we loved being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The home owner was so easy to work with and super nice. Definately will stay here again when we return to Sonoma.

  We rented both the house and the cottage. Both were absolutely charming, nicely decorated, filled with everything we could possibly think of and were spotless !!! The beautiful garden was a delightfull place to relax to while we enjoyed our wine purchases. The kitchens were so well stocked with all the cooking pa ns, dishes and additional items we were thrilled as we love to cook! The location was perfect for walking to the Sonoma square. We are extremely happy with our decision and have already talked at length on when we will come back to stay - what more could we ask for a beautiful place and at an affordable price!

  Location and outdoor living space are the best features of this property. The gardens are lovely and the home has several patios, beautiful flowers and trees and a large front porch. The location is excellent and within walking distance of restaurants and the Sonoma Plaza. There are a few quirky things about the house, such as the shower being located in the master bedroom and the rest of the bathroom is in the hall between the two bedrooms. It was not as clean as I would have liked, with trash and soiled linens remaining in the bathroom. The "intimate" guest bedroom is another word for tiny! The living room is spaceous and clean. Another quirky thing about the house is the screen located at one end of the living room used to cover a pile of unwanted objects.

  My wife, daughter and I recently stayed at this property. It is in a perfect location, just a short walk to the square/ tasting rooms and right next to the bike trail. Beds, pillows, shower.....all the key things were very nice. It was clean and had a wonderful place in the back garden for gathering over glasses of wine. Perfect for a couple and maybe one teen (like we had) or girls getaway.

  My wife and I spent four nights in this house. It was wonderful! Plenty of space in which to spread out and we spent every evening in the back yard gardens sipping wine and recapping our day. (The detached unit has a similarly charming yard and gardents.) We both love to cook, so the fully stocked and equipped kitchen was greatly appreciated--as well as the Whole Foods just three blocks away. The location is perfect. Just a block from the Sonoma town square, excellent restaurants and shops are a short walk away. Tuesday night is the farmers market which was fun. We arrived early on a Saturday afternoon anxious to visit our first winery. Hanzell is just 10 minutes away and we highly recommed a visit. We travel extensively and prefer staying in upscale places. This exceeded our expectations. When we return, we'll definately stay here again.

  We love this place and are regular renters... Especially of cottage. The gardens are paradise and are right in front of a large scirene park. Kids will love the cottage- kids - house in the back-back yard! Everything you need for your wine country escape. Rent house and cottage for a large group.

  The home was charming with a very well equipped kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom - linens and bath towels were wonderful! Loved the gorgeous backyard - enjoyed all meals outdoors, because the weather was amazing. Walking distance to the Sonoma Square and seconds from the bike path - very quiet neighborhood, cannot beat the location. This will be our new home away from home in the wine country!

  This is a lovely, well-appointed home in a perfect location for enjoying Sonoma & the Sonoma Valley. The house is clean, spacious and charming with comfortable furniture, especially the beds, and a well equipped kitchen. The yard is great, with flowers, several seating areas and a nice view. The house is located next to a large open area, which means light and views, yet is just a five minute walk from the Sonoma square. The owner was straightforward and helpful in every way. We have had an excellent stay, and will come back.

  The house is very clean and feels like home. It is very comfortable for four people, we had two couples. The beds were very comfortable and slept well. It has a beautiful backyard that is great for sitting outside and enjoying a glass of wine, eating, or using the grill. Very easy walk to downtown. We would go back in an instant. Owner was very easy to work with.

  We rented the House in front for 6 weeks and we absolutely loved it. Location is worth a million dollars. The backyard is great for just hanging out, wine & cheese or a BBQ. We would absolutely rent this again. The owners are wonderful to work with.
