Master bedroom with queen bed and full bath. Second and third bedrooms with shared bathroom can be completely closed off of living area. One bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a double on the bottom. The other bedroom has a queen bed. Very open floor plan with plenty of seating for that family evening. Double car garage with additional parking on pad.

Why the Owner Chose Bend
We decided we were spending so much time vacationing here that we should purchase a home. Mike's daughter had a home in Bend and therefore we visited quite often.

We are avid sports nuts. Mountain Biking, skiing, snowboarding,water skiing to name a few. We have always enjoyed the Bend area for these activities. We started coming here before we were even married - some 20 + years ago. We also enjoy the many wonderful restaurants in the area.
We hope you'll take the opportunity to enjoy the area as much as we do.

Clean and comfortable home in a great central location. There is a nice sunny deck in the back and comfy porch in front for relaxing. The house is within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and Bend's beautiful Drake Park. There is also a small park within a few blocks. A great neighborhood for families and pets. Highly recommended.

We stayed in this house over the holiday weekend, while visiting friends who lived nearby and we have already recommended the house to them for future visitors. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and just a short walk to Ten Barrel Brewery and the park by the river. It's also only about 20 minutes from Mt Bachelor. The house was incredibly clean and well appointed. The owners even thought to include sample size toiletries in the bathrooms, just in case those items were forgotten at home, and a bottle of wine. The only downside is that we couldn't quite figure out how to work the toaster oven/microwave and that seemed to be the only appliance with a missing instruction manual.

Great vacation home! This house has everything, great furnishing, plenty of parking(we had a group of six), garage space for our mountain bikes and a beautiful garden. I would gladly stay here again.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing.

My family and I rented this house so we could go into Sister's for the quilt show in July. The pictures of this house do not do it justice. It is just beautiful, well kept and fit all our needs. It is an easy drive to all the places we wanted to go in and around Bend. We enjoyed the hot tub and bottle of wine left for us! I am hoping to rent this property again for skiing at Mt Bachelor in the winter and will recommend this to our friends. Thanks again for a great stay.

We stayed here last weekend and had an amazing time! The pictures do not do it justice. It has a great back deck, hot tub, parking...really well kept up gorgeous inside! Also the location is PERFECT! You can walk to breweries, restaurants, stores...all kinds of places!! We will definetly be back here next time we visit Bend!!

Our stay was wonderful! The house was immaculate, the bottle of wine delicious and the hot tub inviting! The neighborhood was quiet and cozy plus close to everything. The management was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We recommend this vacation rental to anyone. We will definitely stay at this house again! Thank you!

HIGHLY recommended, thumbs up! My husband, myself and two young sons stayed in this wonderful home for one week while I had surgery at St Charles hospital. We couldn't have felt more at home; the smallest ammenity was provided and the owners even sent flowers the day I had surgery! There truly are some good people left in this world and you'll find them here!!
