This 2,100 square foot 2 story townhouse is professionally decorated in a beachy decor. First floor consists of kitchen, dining area, and huge family room. All furniture and kitchen supplies are brand new!! Great private deck to sit down on and relax. Plus small quiet deck in back! This unit boasts privacy!
This townhome has three bedrooms. All comfortably sized. The Master bedroom suite is fit for a king. It consists of a king size bed, large dresser with mirror, tv with cable and a full bath.
Bedroom number 2 has a queen size bed and its own private bath. The bedroom has access to a deck to sit, relax and enjoy your coffee. Bedroom #3 has a bunk bed with a twin bunk on the top and a full size on the bottom. This room is fun filled for the kids. Need additional space....the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa.
This home away from home includes a private garage for two cars and garage door opener. Washer and dryer are included for your convenience. We supply beach chairs and some sand toys. No need to lug these from home. Save a little space in the car. Convenient to the beach and amusements.
We have board, video games and a selection of movies for kids and adults.
This unit is a family rental unit. Sorry, no smoking or pets. We supply pillows, blankets and comforters. You supply the sheets or you can call Wildwood Linens and they will be happy to rent them to you.
