Sunshine, golf, your own private pool and spa adds up to lots of fun! Our beautiful vacation villa is in the award-winning Brooks community in Southwest Florida. It is just a 15 minute drive from the Southwest Regional Airport and 15 minutes from sunny Fort Myers Beach or lovely Bonita Beach.
Spring Run is a gated country club community with a private 18-hole Gordon Lewis championship golf course, aquatic driving range, and a newly renovated Club House with a full service restaurant, bar, and exercise facility. The golf course has five sets of tees, from 5000 to 7000 plus yards. Off season - May through October, play for cart fees only at over 40 participating reciprocal clubs! If tennis is your game, there are four newly surfaced, lighted tennis courts.
Our Non-Smoking home has an outstanding view overlooking a lake and the second and third holes of the golf course. Since it is a spacious end unit, you will have beautiful Florida sunshine streaming in on three sides. It has all of the amenities you would expect in a vacation rental of this caliber including your own private pool and spa. It is professionally decorated with large wooden plantation shutters and custom window treatments throughout.
The living room has three, twelve foot sliding glass doors that open onto the lanai, giving you a panoramic vista of the pool, lake, and golf course. Sit back and enjoy your favorite DVDs, videos, or cable on our 36 inch color television. You can also listen to your favorite music on the Bose stereo speakers. The Pennsylvania House dining room has a table and chairs for six guests. There is upgraded 18 inch ceramic tile throughout the living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room.
Our master bedroom overlooks the pool and lanai and has a complete bedroom suite with a king-size bed, large dresser, mirror, twin night stands, and a wall mounted TV. There is a huge walk-in closet and private bath, featuring double sinks and an oversized walk-in shower. The second bedroom has twin beds, large chest of drawers, night stand, and roomy closet with its own private bath. The den is equipped with a comfortable queen-size sofabed, built-in cabinets and bookcases on one wall, color TV, and phone jack in case you bring your computer along.
The bright, sunny kitchen has Corian countertops, a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and water dispenser, a state-of-the-art range with ceramic cooktop, built-in microwave, disposal, and raised breakfast bar. There is a cheery breakfast nook that looks onto the lanai and golf course through a huge picture window. Everything you need to prepare and eat a meal is included in this kitchen. (Sorry, food not included.) There is a separate full-size laundry room off the of the entrance to the attached two-car garage.
Our home has a private heated pool and spa on the spacious lanai. Picture yourself lounging in or around the pool, sipping your favorite beverage while either watching TV on the outdoor television or listening to your favorite music through the outside speakers. When the sun starts to set, you can use the retractable awning to provide you with glorious shade. This is how a vacation was meant to be taken!
There is a $238.50 golf membership transfer fee and a $100 non-refundable application fee that provides you access to the golf course, club house facilities, driving range, putting green, and fitness center.
Enjoy shopping at Miromar Outlets, the fabulous Coconut Point Mall just a mile from the unit, the upscale Promenade, or Tanger Outlets. The Muvico 16 at Coconut Point Mall and the Regal Twelve Cinema are only minutes away. Downtown Naples is only a twenty minute drive. Great restaurants are located within minutes from the unit.
