Rent one unit or all three. This beach house triplex sleeps up to 21 people! Canto Del Mar (Song of the Sea) is great for family reunions and large groups or for just a peaceful getaway. Beach access is right across the street. Enjoy the beach view from the upper deck while grilling dinner or sunning and reading a book. Walk across the street to the beach access and enjoy the park bench in the lush grass overlooking the surf.
There are three separate units, which can be rented individually or together: GROUND FLOOR UNIT #1(3B/2B)- three bedrooms, two baths, sleeper sofa, a very large family/great room, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer, dryer, stereo, TV's in every room, DVD, etc. The dining table in this unit has extensions allowing it to seat up to 12 people comfortably. You could scrunch 16 around it. This unit comes with a large private covered deck furnished with table, chairs and a grill. This unit has a foosball table for the kids!
SECOND FLOOR UNIT #3(2B/2B)- two bedrooms, two baths with sleeper sofa, full kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry with washer and dryer, TV in each room, VCR, DVD, etc. This unit has it's own private deck area furnished with table, chairs and grill.

Canto Del Mar has wireless DSL internet access, local phone service and cable TV. Each unit has its own separate off street parking. Let us know if you plan to pull a trailer with a boat or jetskis and we'll make sure you get the driveway with plenty of room to accomodate it.
Canto Del Mar is especially convenient to shopping, dining, and activities too numerous to list. Go anywhere on the island on the public bus which stops right across the street! Best of all - we are very convenient to the Beach! Call for details on this beach house.
