Our affordable, two bedroom villas were completely remodeled, and have everything you could want in a vacation retreat on the ocean with family and friends. No matter what you are looking for, you will find it near our beachfront villas: golf, tennis, swimming, fine dining, outlet shopping, parasailing, jet-skis, historic attractions, bike trails, fishing, etc.!
Hilton Head Resort is located oceanside between Palmetto Dunes Resort and Port Royal Plantation, right next door to the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course! There are lagoons, a private marsh, and private 400 yard boardwalk to the ocean where you can enjoy the day on the beach or at the resort's private beach cabana bar and grille, Coco's On The Beach" enjoying your favorite food and drink, listening to music or playing beach volleyball! Coco's is open Spring theough Late Fall. You may never want to leave because this resort offers free unlimited use of the indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, and tennis courts.

We equipped our villas with everything you could possibly need during your stay: TVs, VCR/DVD, stereo system, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, dishes, glasses and cooking utensils, Blender, blow dryer, iron & Ironing board, towels, linens, family games, etc. We even have 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a beach buggy in each villa for you to take to down to the ocean. All you need to bring is your bathing suit, beach towels, family and friends to have fun and play in the sun!!! WI-FI available at the pools. deli and Coco's On The Beach!

Why the Owner Chose Hilton Head Resort
We loved the location of this resort on the island, and the fact that it is truly an "all season" resort since we have both indoor and outdoor pools. The resort has its own private boardwalk to the beach which not many other resorts have, as well as "Coco's on the Beach", our resort's cabana bar where you can have drinks, food, and fun!

The resort offers our guests unlimited, free use of our 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, fitness center, hot tub, kiddie pool, and tennis courts. We have an onsite deli by the pool, and onsite bike rentals. The bike paths right in front of our resort take you all over the island, a great way to see it all! The Robert Trent Jones golf course is right next to our resort as well!
