This custom home is newly built, furnished and appointed with ultra-plush Westin Heavenly Bedding. 4 Bedrooms, 4.5 Private Baths and 3 completely furnished, ultra-luxurious screened-in porches allow for the retreat that makes your getaway a true escape. The home features top-of-the-line appliances, a Dacor cooktop, custom countertops and cabinets, as well as a slate kitchen floor. 11 foot ceilings and an open floorplan make entertaining friends and family second nature!
The first floor features all 4 bedrooms, baths and flat screen TVs in each room. Step into the master suite designed with a custom, king headboard and ultra-plush Westin Heavenly bedding. The private, pristine master bath boasts a double headed shower and extensive tile work.
Second and third bedrooms have custom, queen headboards and private, double vanity baths as well as brand-new, 32' flat screen, plasma TVs.
The fourth bedroom has two, full extra long bunks, 32' flat screen, plasma TV and private bath.
A lavish screened-in sleeping porch is also located on the first floor, alongside a bubbling fountain, creating an eco-chic ambiance.
Upstairs, an expansive family room with fireplace, kitchen, pantry, and powder room awaits. A spacious dining room accommodates a ten foot long, custom farm table to easily seat 12. Additional entertaining may take place on the 10 x 30 covered porch with another dining table and seating area. A screened-in porch with an outside fireplace is also available.
Home has high-speed WifFi! You will find a brand new, state of the art flat screen in the family room (can be viewed easily from kitchen and breakfast area as well), the master bedroom, and every other bedroom in the home! Each bedroom has a brand new 32' plasma, flat screen TV. The master features a brand new, state of the art 42' plasma flat screen TV! A gourmet kitchen features stainless steel, top-of-the-line appliances and granite countertops. It is fully stocked with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, ice-maker, microwave, stove, oven and utensils.

This house has all the ingredients for a fabulous beach getaway. You won't want to leave! The house is beautifully furnished in new, upscale casually elegant furnishings, setting the stage for a peaceful, soothing environment. The kitchen is a gourmets' dream with top of the line appliances. The house is roomy, but cozy at the same time. The porches are fabulous for reading, coffee, wine or dinner. We love that each bedroom is "self contained" for privacy with their own bath and flat screen tv. Did I mention the sumptuous bedding? Divine and such a treat...ensuring a restful and rejuvenating trip! We really enjoyed biking to the beach/pool, grocery store and shops. The owners have thought of everything. You truly feel like pampered cherished guests in the home! Set your expectations high! This house will exceed them!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

This house is absolutely perfect! I stayed in this house for 4-5 days and had a blast. Not only is the house beautiful, it is within walking distance of the beach and delicious local restaurants. The pictures of this house do not do it justice - I was truly blown away when I walked in (decorations, furniture, etc.). I stayed in the master bedroom, which had an extremely comfortable bed and a very spacious shower. I will definitely be back! Renting was super easy!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Wow, what a GREAT place to stay in Watercolor! This house is located within walking distance to the beach, next to Seaside, close to the tennis courts and all the pools. LOVED the fact that we could just get on our bikes and ride to lunch, breakfast, or grocery store. All the porches outside were fantastic to have coffee in the AM and cocktails in the evening. Plus, the LARGE dining table was ideal for our large gatherings. The bedding was very comfortable resulting in a great nights sleep after a day at the beach. We really enjoyed this home, The interiors are chic and welcoming and ultra-comfortable. The kitchen has everything you expect in a rental home plus more! It was nice that everyone had their own bathrooms and TV in each bedroom. The porches are also wonderful and there are so many different places to escape and relax in this home. Location perfect as it is just a few minutes walk to the beach club and all of the cute shops in the town center, as well as very close to Seaside and an easy walk to beach. We are returning this coming summer already. Thank you!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
