Expansive and stunning. An enormous designer kitchen extends into the main living area, which in turn opens onto a dining area, second living/entertainment space, and master bedroom area. Leave the bathroom's wide pocket doors open and enjoy the ambience and artwork of the living areas while you relax in the giant spa tub (or turn your head to watch the ships sail up and down the Hudson River). This is a place for people who like to pamper themselves.
About the Stuff -
Contemporary Italian sofas occupy the two living areas, along with custom designed tables, shelving, and seating. The kitchen is all top-notch and brand-new (GE Monogram stainless appliances: huge side-by-side refrigerator, separate under-the-counter ice drawer (ten pounds always ready), double convection ovens, gas cooktop, compactor, disposal, gourmet kitchen accessories, etc. Honed black granite countertops and built-in seating for 12. There is one bathroom with an enormous bathtub spa overlooking the Hudson River.
Amenities and Possibilities -
Plasma TV. Audiophile sound system. Wireless Internet. A full office and/or meeting room can be provided (printers, copier, work stations) either within the loft or in an adjoining space. Maid service available daily, every other day, weekly. A full-time attendant can be arranged, as can catering staff. Transportation services are available (town cars, limousines).
Sleeps four. No children, please.
$4500-$7500/week.
