"High-Tech Suite" in Paradise. The condominium known as the "Four Paddle" is a very private and secure residential building in a lovely neighborhood two blocks from the ocean and beach, on Kuhio Avenue in Waikiki. It is directly behind Fort De Russy Park, and the new Chanel building on Kalakaua Avenue.
The condominium unit has been recently and very luxuriously updated, and is located on the seventh floor and with an ocean and pool view. The lanai off the living room is where fireworks may be enjoyed every Friday evening. Guests are provided with a number of high-tech items as a Free DSL connection and a FAX/scanner/printer, VCR, DVD, and CD player, a Sony LCD TV in the living room, plus a flat screen TV in the bedroom. The unit has central air conditioning, and a king-size Simmons pillow-top Beautyrest bed with down pillows.
It is a short walk to the beach, and close to fine dining, casual restaurants, and excellent shopping. The condominium has a large pool and pool deck with barbecue facilities, refrigerator, food preparation area, and a covered area with tables for outdoor dining.
