Spend some time in the amazing Rocky Mountains. Our beautiful, Estes Park, vacation home is the retreat you have been looking for. Our lovely home is spacious and welcoming on one acre of gorgeous mountain meadow. We have 360 degree views from the property. You can walk to neighborhood lakes. There is a bike path across the street that heads to downtown and a loop around the fairgrounds and Lake Estes. Great for a leisurely walk or ride. There are many bunnies that hop around the property to amuse your family.
The property is surrounded by gorgeous, snow-capped peaks and plenty of blue skies and bright stars. We are located in the Carriage Hills neighborhood of Estes Park - the gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park.
Your family will feel at home in our smoke-free vacation home. It is beautifully furnished with leather furniture in a lodge-like living room with a moss rock fireplace. The family room is large and evokes a cabin feeling with knotty pine walls and raised ceiling. The family room has French doors that you can close off from the rest of the house.
This is wonderful for giving the kids a place to play while the adults sit and relax by the fire. We especially welcome families, as we have two children ourselves and know how hard it is to travel with children and still have a relaxing vacation. We even have a little play area with toys for kids! We have a full size stroller, crib, baby monitor and even a Kelty backpack to carry your little one while hiking.
Our large collection of puzzles and games can be played on our game table in the family room. We have about 175 movies for all ages (including dvd's for toddles). We also have free wireless internet and cable tv. Bring your iPod or iPhone and plug right into our player so you can enjoy your music library while relaxing and soaking in the great views.
All the beds are super comfortable pillow-topped. The master has a king bed, as well as a private bath and an external door to the back yard. The other two bedrooms have queen sized beds and one has a sliding glass door that opens on to the back deck. The family room has a queen sleeper sofa and a full size futon.
All our beds are great. Every bed has luxury 400 thread count sheets. It makes it so hard to get out of bed in the morning!
The house is extremely sunny. There are views from every window. We have a stainless steel gas grill on the back deck that grills 28 burgers at a time!
Rent our wonderful vacation home and spend your nights looking up at the a stars as you relax on our large flagstone patio with views of the continental divide and Mount Meeker. From this great home you can see deer, herds of elk, picas, rabbits, blue birds, and of course hummingbirds.
This vacation home is not just a place to stay. It is a place to be with family and great friends in a setting that will inspire and enrich you. You will love our vacation home as much as we do!!

My wife and I just had a 5 night stay along her sister and brother in law. In tow we had 4 children between the ages of 4 and 1. This property could not have fit any better for us. The property itself was very clean with 4 star hotel like accomodations, well maintained, and had beautiful panoramic views of the country side and mountains. It also had plenty of toys and movies to keep the kids occupied while inside, along with games for the adults. This was a blessing as we had flown from California and unable to pack our kids toys to bring along. They also have addiitional accomodations for the kids like booster seats, kids sippy cups and utensils, a crib and pack-n-play, and even kid snow shoes and sleds for the winter. It was like we had all the necessities we had left at home for the kids. We woke every morning to either deer or elk in the front and back yard. During our visit, we did not have any snow as we had expected, but thankfully the property was just a 10 minute drive to the nearest sleding area inside the national park which had plenty. We were also just a 2 minute drive from the nearest grocery store and local main street. Our family was very impressed and thankful we were able to find such a great property for our visit along with very nice and accomodating land lords. We will definately be staying again every year either summer or winter and would reccomend this property to anyone we know visiting the area.

We had a great time at this home and plan to come back as soon as we can! The house was so perfect for our children. TONS of games and toys to keep them busy. The full size crib was so nice for our daughter who slept in it just as if she was at home. There was also a pack-n-play that we were able to use for our infant. The house has tons of extras and made packing so much easier (and lighter!). The washer & dryer was convenient as well. Great views from all rooms and we saw several deer and elk right in the front yard.

"We really have enjoyed staying here and pretending to be locals for a few days. This is such a nice family home, and it is SO beautiful here. I grew up in Appalachians in Southern, PA and I miss seeing the hills! We enjoyed hiking, looking at the stars and being together! The playroom is great. Thanks for such a lovely place to vacation!"

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a home away from home. We've stayed in other "homes" before on vacation and found them lacking in basic supplies. You have thought of everything! Thanks for the hospitality. We will spread the word. PS-The beds and pillows were super comfy! (Especially after a long day hiking)!

We had a wonderful stay at your house. Thank you so much for opening your home to us. The kids loved playing games both inside and out. The deer came right up to the house. The scenery is just breathtaking. I loved how clean the house was. The kitchen was well stocked. The decorating is beautiful! We can't wait to come back again!

We had a very cozy time here. We did several puzzles, scrabble, and our active boys had plenty of room to play. We are frequent visitors to Rocky Mountain National Park, and this was a great way to see the park several days in a row and enjoy family and friends! House is big enough while still feeling like a cabin. Warm feeling and a great location to town! We will cherish our time here. Thanks for making it so comfortable!

We can not thank you enough. We had a great time. We thought it was awesome that you have a crib and a pak-n-play. We needed both with a nine month old and a six month old. The kids loved the toys. It was the first time we traveled this far with the kids and it was nice to have a place that was kid friendly. The house is a great place for families to get together and spend time with each other. I think the grandparents will be sad to leave because this is the most time they have spent with their grandchildren. We hope other families will enjoy the house as much as we did. J.K. Lancaster, PA

This home was inviting, relaxing, and the views were fabulous. Words can not describe how wonderful this home was. It truly was a great place. The location allowed the feeling of seclusion yet the property was only a block away from the main shopping district of Estes Park and only 10 minutes from the entrance of RMNP.

What a wonderful time we had this week. The home is fantastic! My daughter (19 months) just loved all the toys and fell right into place here. It was so mice not to have to worry about packing a ton of toys for her to play with. She came into the playroom and just went crazy with joy at all the toys. Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay! Hope to be back soon!
