Relax and enjoy our spacious 1000SF+, two-level, two bedroom, 1.5 bath villa with new kitchen, great room with hardwood floors overlooking tropical pool. Serta Sleeper King and Twin beds are installed in spacious bedrooms. Full Kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, new Fridge w/icemaker, dishes and cookware. Our unit has, 2 TVs cable TV, DVD, VCR and a washer/dryer. Villa is non smoking. Sorry No pets please.

Excellent rental as described, Clean and owner was quick to resond to questions, I would recommend this property and I would rent again in the future from this owner. Nice close walk to beach within 5 min.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Clean, nicely furnished and decorated, decent sized 2 bedroom 2 story condo. Great location - easy access to beach, walking distance to Coligny, and near Sea Pines and Harbor Town. Downstairs has small kitchen (about what you'd expect) that has plenty of pots/pans/utensils/etc, half bath, kitchen table that can comfortably seat 6, and living room that can also seat 6. (With relatives & friends visiting for dinner, we sometimes had 8-10 people downstairs. It did not feel crowded). There is a smallish balcony that overlooks the pool. It is shaded most of the day and I spent many a pleasant hour on the balcony reading some of the books thoughtfully left by the owners. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms separated by a full bath. The bedrooms are kinda small - each has a closet that can hold all your hanging clothes, but there are no dressers/drawers for storing smaller items. (We used a carry-on to hold our swimsuits/etc, and placed it on a bench at the foot of the bed. A small inconvenience; probably the only thing that kept this from being a 5-star rating). Also upstairs is a washer & dryer. (A quick note: the condo had plenty of dishwasher & laundry detergent. A nice touch). The condo had 3 TV's (not flat screens, not HD) each with DVD player, a stereo, and plenty of electrical outlets. We were never able to get the specified wireless setup to work. But that did not matter to us as we found a couple of others that were open and had strong signals. We had 2 cars, and not once had a problem finding parking spaces near the condo. A real plus. In short: the description & photos are accurate. The condo looks well-maintained and cared for. I e-mailed/talked to one of the owners and she was quick to reply. Great value. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with 2-4 people looking for a place to stay on HHI.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We visited the island in late October, early November. Our stay at Tanglewood Villas was wonderful. The unit was very clean and had all the comforts of home. This was the first time that we stayed at a rental so we did not know what to expect, but the description regarding the unit and it's location were very accurate. I would recommend this unit to anyone who enjoys the beach and close shopping. The restaurants on Hilton Head island were very good, especially the Smokehouse.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I love this property!! The location is perfect. It is close to the beach, shopping, great restaurants, and nightlife. The condo is setup with all the amenities I wanted for a great vacation.
