This home (constructed in 2005) is just one block from the beach. There is beach access on both blocks surrounding the house which makes the walk to the beach quite easy. With a screened-in porch on the first floor and a sundeck on the top floor, there are numerous beautiful ocean views. The house is over 3300 square feet and has six bedrooms which can comfortably accommodate two families looking to vacation together. There are three bedrooms as well as a large open living room on each level. This provides two separate living areas for those who desire some privacy. The house has three decks in total; two have ocean views and one is screened in.
This is not your average beach house. Being a newly constructed house everything in it is also quite new. This brings a clean and fresh feeling to the house that is near impossible to find with most rentals.
Located just 45 minutes from Charleston, South Carolina, and an-hour-and-half from Savannah, Georgia, there is plenty to do for those who are not just looking to spend lazy days playing golf or relaxing on the beach.
