I had never been vacationing to Florida or to a beach before, but I believe this unit had the best location for views of the ocean and convenience to the beach. This was a first experience for my whole family. The cottage slept all six of us comfortably. It was my husband and I, our two small children (4 & 7), and my parents (mid 60's). We all enjoyed staying at the Sunset Dreamer. The views are spectacular. My parents enjoyed their time sitting out on the balcony just watching the ocean view. The cottage is just a short walk to the beach and has it's own boardwalk, so there isn't any worry about having to cross a busy street to get to the beach. Kimberly makes sure the unit is supplied with everything you need to have a wonderful worry free vacation. We plan on returning again next summer!

SUNSET DREAMER UNIT 5C

We stayed in 5C from 9/1 thru 9/8 and had an amazing time despite tropical storm Lee. There were 6 of us (4 adults and 2 children) and we had more than enough room even with being stuck inside for 2 days. If you stay in this condo, you only need to bring food, clothes, and yourself. It's furnished like a permanent lived in home. We had a wonderful surprise of a third deck off the dining room that was large enough for all 6 of us to watch the sunrise and sunset. All 3 balconies look at the Gulf. Absolutely beautiful. The pool is perfectly situated in the middle of the entire unit, which enabled us to swim despite the heavy winds and rain. We couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely return year after year, and recommend this unit to everyone!!! My husband and I are already trying to make plans for vacation next year, and a possible long weekend for our daughter's spring break:) Thanks so much for everything!

This condo feels like a home away from home. Great fit for our group- 2 couples and 2 kids. The upstairs bedroom was superb for my husband and me, and downstairs was perfect for the other couple and their kiddos. I loved having the peace & quiet of the 3 separate balconies for morning coffee and afternoon reading (with a view of the Gulf!). We loved the very short walk to the beach and having the pool at the bottom of the stairs. The condo has everything you need. We’ve stayed at one of Kim’s properties before and we will continue to do so! You can really tell she wants your stay to be comfortable.

This was such a wonderful place to stay! The street was not to busy, and the views of the Gulf from every balcony was everything you would dream of! My 4 year old LOVED the bunk beds, very family friendly. I would recommend this property to anyone, any age with or without children. Very clean, and close to the beach about a 2 min walk. We got Married on the beach at sun set, it was perfect. We will stay here again! May 2011.

We visited Sunset Dreamer in September 2010 and loved it. We went with another family. 6 people in all. Four adults and 2 young children, and it was perfect. The condo was well furnished, clean, and had plenty of space. We enjoyed the SHORT walk to the beach and beach rental service. It was also nice that the pool was so close. With two small children the closeness of everything was very important to us. Overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend this condo to a friend.

My Husband, Daughter and I, along with My Brothers family stayed for 4 nights, which was no where nearly longer enough. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room. The view was outstanding and the Beaches were beautiful and very easy access. We will gladly come back to the area and plan on renting the same condo again. The condo more than lived up to the description on the website. Destin Harbor was beautiful and there was plenty to do in the area, but truthfully you just want to sit on the beach or play in the water. We watched Dolphins within yards of us in the water, and the sunrise and sunset from the balconies make sitting outside in the quiet so relaxing.

We really appreciate you letting us rent your cottage. I really feel like I have made a new friend. you really do give your guests a great place to stay for a reasonable price.
