Sundial Suite K303 is a beautiful 2BR/2BA plus den, third floor (2 units from elevator) beach front unit that overlooks the pristine white sand beaches of Sanibel Island. The sliding doors open wide to allow you to enjoy the unobstructed panoramic Gulf of Mexico vista from the large screened lanai and living room.
Luxury Suite K303 is an A++ unit. We have furnished and equipped K303 with every convenience to make your vacation perfect. There is Flat Panel LCD cable TV/VCR/DVD in living room and TV/VCR/DVD in both bedrooms There is also a CD/Tape player with MP3 dock.
The kitchen has all appliances, including dishwasher and microwave. All cookware, dishware, towels, and linens are provided. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. There is central air conditioning/heat as well as ceiling fans throughout the condo.
The Master Bedroom Suite has a King bed, private access to the screened lanai, large walk-in shower, and double lavs. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Double Beds and its own private bath with tub and shower. Both the den and living room have sleeper sofas. Cable TV, and DVD included.

January 4 – February 1, 2013 We had an unforgettable month at Joe’s condo in Sanibel. Our days typically began with sunrise views from the lanai, then walking or lounging on the beach or at the pool, island sightseeing, dining and shopping, and ended with spectacular sunset views on the beach. Joe made us feel we had a home here – he was so accommodating that we wanted for nothing at all. His adjacent “shed” contained every toy and beach accessory anyone of any age could want, but Joe went even further: Our adult daughter came for a short visit and Joe brought over an extra bike for her use. That was kind and generous, and much appreciated. The condo is spacious and has everything. The bedrooms are large and airy, the kitchen is well equipped, bathrooms updated and spotless. Having the laundry facilities was a big plus. The building and grounds (and complimentary gas grills, just steps from the elevator) are meticulously maintained. Location is key, and this location is unbeatable. The Gulf is outside your window, tennis and golf only steps away, a short ride by car or bike for groceries, snacks, happy hour celebrations, and great food, ranging from pub grub to fine dining. We toured the wildlife refuge, “played” with the dolphins on the Thriller boat tour, kayaked, caught fish and had the catch prepared by a local restaurant. We had the best weather and met the nicest and most congenial people here; not hard to see how folks come here for a visit and decide to stay. We’re already planning our return trip. This was our fifth vacation to Sanibel and I have to say our accommodations in K303 were the BEST on the island so far! This was our first stay at Sundial and most certainly not our last. The owner was extremely kind to deal with and the accommodations exceded our expectations! The unit was very clean, spacious and felt so much like home. Everything that was needed was at our hands and then some. We usually rent bicycles for our stay on the island but there was no need this time as they were included also! Each day began with morning coffee on the lanai with direct oceanfront viewing! From here we got to watch the sunrise each morning and the sunset at night with sensational views!The storage area outside of the unit contained EVERYTHING you could ever need for a day on the beach. The owner or the rental agency kept us very well informed of happenings (the holiday lighting of Sanibel and Captiva were beautiful) before and at our arrival. We will return to Sundial again for our next Sanibel vacation, hopefully with our 3 grown children and would love to be accommodated in the future by this owner who made it possible for us to spend a week in his beautiful piece of paradise!! Just returned from a wonderful week in Sanibel. We stayed in the 3 Bedroom unit managed by Joe. Joe was wonderful with the arrangements, not a single issue at any point. The condo has been updated considerably - very comfortable new bed in Master Bedroom, great views, beautiful Lanai (shaded in morning, full sun in afternoon). Large tiled shower in Master bath was very nice and seemed very new. The pool was great - several other kids in our boys ages (9 and 11). Location is great - easy bike ride to town. Fully equipped kitchen - we ate in 2 meals a day and were never lacking anything we needed.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing.

We have stayed in both units that Joe manages, we have always had exceptional experiences. The Gulf views are perfect, the locations are very convenient, the units are lovely and provided us with everything we needed. Joe is the most personable, nicest, and dependable owner you could wish to do business with.
