Light, bright, and airy, two story villa. Beautifully updated, overlooking the golf course. Large, master bedroom upstairs, with sitting area and private, full bath. Comfortable queen size bed, cable TV w/ DVD player, and all new Wicker furniture. A peaceful place to relax, read, or watch TV.
The downstairs has a wet bar, living room, kitchen, dining room, and half bath. The living room furniture is all new, and features a queen size sleeper sofa, with innerspring mattress. The villa is tastefully decorated, using a fun, “beachy” type decor. Off of the living room is a deck, with table and chairs, overlooking the golf course.
Walk or ride bikes to the beach, located only 500 yards away. The beach is private, and never crowded. Only property owners and their guests are allowed on Seabrook Island. While on the island, enjoy observing the abundant wildlife. Dolphins playing are a common sight. Expect to see deer around dusk, and perhaps even during the day.
Bohicket Marina is just outside the Seabrook Island main gate, featuring restaurants and shopping. Freshfields Village is located just a mile further down the road, featuring more shops and restaurants. Historic Charleston, (less than 30 miles away) has plenty to see and do for fun day trips.
We are a pet friendly villa. We have two small dogs ourselves, and both love to play at the beach. We do require a refundable US $200.00 pet deposit and/or a refundable US $200.00 damage deposit.
