This beautiful desert home is nestled at the Oakwood community of Sun Lakes - A resort-style, gated adult oasis. This community is rich in beautiful landscaping, gorgeous club house, outstanding community pool, and well maintained homes.
Champion golf, bike, swim, play tennis, and dine within the walls of our attractive gated community. There are two restaurants in Oakwood, one poolside Bar and Grill that serves all of your American favorites for lunch and early dinner. For more formal atmosphere, come dine in the main clubhouse that offers an excellent dinner menu at a reasonable price.
Within minutes you can enjoy all the benefits a major metropolitan are, Phoenix and Scottsdale has to offer-major league team, extensive arts and culture community, Four Star Restaurants, Casinos, Auto Racing, and more.
Come and enjoy your desert vacation in our comfortably furnished, 2123 square foot home. It offers three lovely bedrooms, two full bath, living room, and family room. Kitchen is open, bright and completely outfitted with everything you would need to prepare the most elaborate menu. The kitchen sits adjacent to the large laundry room.
The patio overlooks the beautifully landscaped yard and includes lounge chairs and a large gas grill (BBQ). We have a lands keeper who maintains the numerous arrays of cactus, plants and fruit trees. If you are into a little exercise, you can take a leisurely, cool morning bike ride through the community on the two 15 speed bicycles that are there for your enjoyment. Use of the electric golf cart in the garage is included with the rental!
Inside, we have a 51inch Wide screen television with DVD player and Surround sound for your entertainment. Family Room and Master has Satellite TV with access to over 250 channels.
Easy to keep connected with friends and family (or the office :-( ) with our DSL Wireless Network!

We have rented this home for the last five years. It is very comfortable, clean and is a great location in a gated (safe) community. Owners have added more patio furniture and bedroom furniture since we first stayed here. Close to shopping, Interstate 10 (as well as other main freeways), Cactus League Baseball, many affordable golf courses as well as other tourist attractions. The pool area is great and the kitchen is very accommodating - a great house for families and entertaining. The main pool in the complex is heated with a hot tub and restaurant included. We always enjoy our stay here and would highly recommend it!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.
