Villa Clémentine is located in a residential area close to all modern conveniences- 3 bedrooms (that is 6 to 8 people), Internet, telephone, television, private pool and garden.
Nightly rental available (2 nights rental minimum) between the 22 of September and the 12 of April.

Our villas: all of our villas offer high standard services and have a landscaped garden of 1000 sq.m with private car park and pool. They are all built on the same concept and invite you to spend time outside.
A lounge area- open-plan kitchen en-suite to the equipped terrace and the pool, was designed to welcome families and friends in complete privacy, in a maximum of comfort.
Each bedroom boasts its own bathroom/shower room with dressing room and TV.
Furnished with state-of-the-art equipments: fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, reversible air-conditioning, telephone line, plasma/LCD TV with DTT, 22 channels (of which 6 foreign channels) and Wi-Fi in all the rooms. Let's not forget the barbecue, sun loungers and garden furniture.
For babies and children of less than 3 years, high chairs, travel cots and accessories adapted for their first holiday (plates, spoons and blender) are left at your disposal.
Our innkeeper services: The little pluses of the Mandarine villas:
*sheets, pillow cases and beds made,
* bathroom linen per bathroom: 2 hand towels, 2 towels, 2 bath towels, 2 bathrobes, 1 bathmat and 2 pool towels,
* a selection of welcoming toiletries in the bathrooms,
* bathroom linen changed regularly,
* a set of cleaning products and tea towels,
* cleaning service (1 hour per day, except for the day after the arrival) flexible depending on your demand, final cleaning,
* bread and Viennese pastries delivery (with separate bill),
* free Internet access, a telephone number given to call the reception or other people (with separate bill),
* a computer service at the reception,
* the tourist tax.

Departing from Balagne, discovery of the fishermen's villages of Cap Corse (Centuri- Erbalunga- Porticciolo), of the blazing Agriates Desert, with its famous beaches (Loto's y Saleccia's beaches), the small villages of Balagne (San Antonino - the eyrie of Balagne) - Calvi's bay- Lumio, the sheepfolds of Mans, the Scandola Nature Reserve (reservoir of fauna and flora), Fango valley, Porto and its Calanches of Piana.

Dès la réservation, l'accueil des propriétaire a été des plus chaleureux : descriptif exacte appuyé d'un diaporama ,conseil pour les transports et d'activités et de ballade sur place.A l'arrivée si vous vous perdez, on vient vous chercher ...La maison est propre, les lits sont apprêtés et si vous avez besoin de quelque chose de particuliers n'hésitez pas à le demander : mixer ou linge supplémentaire pour les bébés .....On sera au petits soins .Bonne literie, cuisine spacieuse et aménagée comme à la maison . Vue panoramique sur la baie de Calvi.On ne s'en lasse pas du matin au soir .Ah j'oubliai le grand garage bien pratique pour déposer vos affaires de plongés, courses, valises et autres.Le plus difficile c'est de repartir !On y reviendra !Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
