  The unit was clean and very well-stocked with all the comforts of home--we do most of our meals in so it was great. The owners were friendly and responded to our inquiries and issues promptly. Some FYIs: the garage parking height is only 7'; we had to take our cargo carrier off to get in and our friends parked outside in the overheight parking area but they were a little nervous about getting towed. Also, the shuttle stop is further away than the reviews led us to believe. Be prepared for a trek from your car to the unit when loading/unloading your stuff.

  Owner response: Thanks, Mary Pat, We were able to clarify the 'overheight' vehicle question. This is the response from the strata manager: "Yes it’s ok to park outside if I’m given the vehicle make & plate number, as you have provided. However if it snows the vehicle must be moved in the morning to facilitate snow removal." I can get the license number from our renter and forward that to the strata manager. Hope that helps. Regarding the distance from our townhouse to the shuttle, this weekend I counted the paces: 220, from the front door to the bus stop. That includes about 20 steps. (at 5'8"height, my paces are not exceptionally long!) Since the parking is in a parkade, under the townhomes, it does require carrying your suitcases, food, etc, out of the parkade, up a flight of stairs to the level of the townhomes, then about 100 paces to the front door. We also wish there was an attached garage at grade level, but the Treeline development does not include attached garages. Hope that helps clarify your concerns, and thanks for staying with us!   We had a terrific visit to this condo! It was a good location, and a reasonable walk to the Village centre, with the convenient bus connection available. The condo was attractive and comfortable for our group. We loved being able to ski to the neighborhood at the end of the day!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing.

  Great place for a a family celebration of any kind. The kitchen was FULLY outfitted and the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms allowed lots of privacy and quiet for early to bed kids or others. Easy access to village and skiing. Highly recommended.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  This delightful retreat is always our family's first pick of places to stay when we visit Whistler. It is situated in a quiet, wooded part of the upper benchlands yet has ready access to the shuttle right across the road. The decor is inviting and the amenities high-quality. My wife's favorite feature is the heated bathroom floors, our kids like the jacuzzi, and I appreciate the boot/glove drier as well as the kitchen/great room for breakfast and dinner. We also enjoy the ski-in feature at the end of the day...very convenient! We have stayed here 5 or 6 times over the years and still rate it the best of any spot we've stayed at Whistler.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

  This condo is a true must stay! There was a group of 6 of us that went up to Whistler and stayed here and it was the best choice we made! Not only is the location great but the owners Daniel and Vangie were extremely kind! The condo is extremely welcoming and a great place to stay! We WILL BE BACK! Not only was the condo cozy and welcoming but we also had a mishap and my carmera was left at the condo! Oh no! Not only did Daniel and Vangie go up and get it but also let me know it was secure in a safe before they could get up there! All in all you cannot ask for a better place to stay kinder people and more honest people then Daniel and Vangie! Stay here you will not regret it!!!!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  Great condo, great owners, great access, great mountain! We spent 12 days in this lovely, comfortable, well-equipped condo and were extremely pleased with the entire experience. Access the the mountain was excellent (using either the shuttle or parking in day lots 7 or 8), and ski-out got us right to the condo complex. I would highly recommend Treeline 12 for your next visit to Whistler!

  Dec 20-26We had a wonderful Christmas here. The condo is perfect--love the heated floors and flat screen TV. Skied 3 days and x-country skied once. Ziplined in the snow. We had fun playing board games every night. Thanks to the Peppers for a memorable Christmas vacation!

  Dear Daniel and Vangie, We had the best time! Your place was awesome and we had no problem finding the route to ski in. It was such an easy, fun vacation with super skiing. The kids were in heaven. We had only one casualty with the shovel (broken snow shovel). Hope you have a wonderful time this week, Kay and Doug

  Everything was fantastic! What a great place you have. We loved the heated floors....we were a little worried when sun and mon were pouring rain, even on the summitt, but every morning after that start we had fresh snow, thanks for sharing your home with us and hopefully we can do it again next year...we're expecting baby #5 this fall so everything's in the air right now for vacation planning. take care, pat and janae

  Hello Dr. & Mrs. Pepper, Wanted to send you an email and personally thank you for sharing your beautiful condo!  The Whistler trip was once again a truly amazing experience.  My entire group had an excellent vacation.  All were pleased with the comfort, size, location, and convenience of your home. The skiing was terrific.  We had some great powder for the last 3 days.  We skied the toughest terrain.  Just amazing.  Although, we all wish we had chosen this week with the heavy snowfall in Whistler.  Thanks once again for your hospitality. Regards, Hung

  We just enacted the guest book feature in Sept, 2002. The handwritten guest book in our townhouse is filled with wonderful responses. Time will fill this out as well.Enjoy! Vangie and Daniel Pepper
