Fully equipped and tastefully furnished, simple and chic atmosphere that emerges from the studio will meet your expectations in all seasons. Alone or in pairs, you can enjoy the spa bath cromotherapy installed in the main room while watching a movie on a big screen LCD 119cm.
From the rooftops, in addition to a beautiful sea view, you can enjoy the summer evenings several times a week with sumptuous fireworks taking place just opposite side Croisette. A custom home awaits you!
The location of the studio is ideal, you can go in five minutes walk to beaches and Palais des Festivals (just two blocks along a). At the heart of downtown and the border of the golden triangle (area Croisette), its strategic location allows you to be close to all amenities. The train station and supermarket are 400 meters, laundry and pharmacy to 35 meters. A large car park 200 meters is available. From the studio that overlooks the rooftops and the street with no traffic, you can enjoy the peace day or night in the neighborhood. The front facing south and without vis-à-vis the studio gives a beautiful light that enters the day with two big windows advancing on rooftops and you can see the sea

Agréable Séjour en plein centre de Cannes dans ce magnifique studio
Super séjour à Cannes! Sébastien, tu ne nous a pas seulement laisser les clés de ton charmant studio mais également toute ta personnalité et c'est ce qui fait qu'on s'y est sentis si bien! Aucun détail n'est laissé au hasard et en tant qu'habitués de la location de vacance on y a été très sensible ! C'est agréable !

Le studio est très mignon avec beaucoup de charme. J'ai réservé le studio pour une amie et elle l'a adorée! Je vais encore réserver ce beau studio pour mes autre invités cet été.

Du bonheur!!!
Appartement réservé pour la venue d'une amie. Excellent accueil et disponibilité de notre hôte. L'appartement sous les toits et donnant sur les toits de Cannes avec vue sur la baie est très propre et conforme aux photos. La décoration qui invite à l'évasion y est soignée avec une multitude de petit détail que l'on découvre au fil du séjour...Un petit cocon dans lequel on se sent bien. Le spa mis à disposition nous a offert un très bon moment de relaxation et d'évasion...tout cela à 2 pas du centre de Cannes! Une très bonne adresse donc qui permet de rendre le séjour à Cannes encore plus agréable. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir lors d'une prochaine escapade...

Excellent séjour à Cannes (Réveillon 2015)
Nous avons passé un excellente séjour à Cannes pour le réveillon 2015. Un appartement "cocon" avec confort et bien être mis à disposition, par un hôte très attentif. Un maximum de services dans un minimum d'espace. Le Jacuzzi, j'y pense encore, avec vue sur le feu d'artifice. Proche du centre ville, de la croisette, du palais, casino, rues commerçantes et des accès. Voisinage sympathique. Rien que du bonheur, de l'évasion l'espace d'un temps. Nous n'hésitons pas conseille ce lieu à nos proches et moins proches et espérons y refaire une petite escapade !
