Come visit this open and spacious, light filled home, in a prime location on historic Galveston Island, Texas' prime Gulf Coast region. Our home is immaculate and comfortable, with a beautiful beach view. The beach is a 'no cars allowed' beach, great for relaxing and safety. The bunk room is off of the master bedroom, perfect for the children. We prefer to rent to a family with no more than 4 adults. We have wireless high speed internet and premium channel cable television.

Our vacation home boasts a vaulted, covered baby secured deck with comfortable adirondak furniture and a picnic table. Or relax on the under the house porch swing and gaze at the white capped waves. It is only 100 feet to the beach, where it is always beautiful and relaxing. Smoking only outside.

Don't drive all week long! We are located behind the small, Seven Seas grocery store, INCREDIBLE CONVENIENCE! Bring your young children. The home is equipped with a high chair, port-o-crib, and toddler bed guard. There is lots of shade under the house and a great place to set up your child's swim pool and watch them play on their tricycles. Families with larger/older children also love the house.

After a fun day at the beach enjoy our hot and cold private outdoor shower while the charcoal fire is heating up in the BBQ grill!

canine pets are allowed if they are the type of pet that is bathed every week, has no odors, house trained, and is on a flea treatment program like 'Fontline'.

Rental Policy Terms and Conditions:
* Lease Agreement required.
* Add 15% State & Local Occupancy Tax to above rates.
* $100 TO $500 Refundable Security Deposit required.
* A $300 to $700 Deposit is required to hold dates. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
* In the event of cancellation, a refund of the advanced rental deposit will be made only to the extent that a
tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved.
* Please tell us your age range and ages of your children when you inquire.
