Come and enjoy the beach at our Craftsman beach house built in the 20’s which is centrally located and just 2 blocks to the beach and boardwalk, it’s quite a Gem!
Our nicely furnished home is tastefully decorated and is in walking distance to shops, restaurants, Library/Cultural Center and the outdoor International Farmers Market.
Our home features a spacious front porch, living room with hardwood floors and flat screen HDTV! The sunlit kitchen is very well equipped with gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher, plenty of dishes, pots/pans and cooking utensils. We even provide the spices and a coffee grinder! Nice dining room for everyone to gather!
There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the first floor and 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the second floor.
We offer cable TV, high speed secured wireless internet at no additional charge, off street parking for 1 car with plenty of street parking and an outside shower to rinse.
We supply our guests with beach tags, beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and the beach cart to lug it all to the beach! Board games, cards and the like are available inside.
Bed configuration:
1st FL: Bedroom #1=queen bed*Bedroom #2=full bed.
2nd FL: Bedroom #3=1 queen bed & 1 full bed * Bedroom #4=1 full bed Bedroom #5=2 twin beds.
You'll fall in love with the location of our home! The adorable beach town of Ventnor boasts quaint boutiques and shops, delicious restaurants for any taste, coffee shops and cafés. If you'd rather go out on the town, Atlantic City is just a few miles drive and has plenty of quality eateries to suit your tastes, Casinos & Shows. You'll also enjoy the close proximity to Ocean City’s family boardwalk with games and rides. There is plenty to do just a short jaunt from “your” beach rental.

This home is charming, comfortable and perfect for a family vacation. We felt immediately at home the minute we walked in the door. The furnishings are beautiful, everything is done with such good taste. The house was very clean and well maintained. The rooms are much larger than they appear in the photos, there is plenty of space. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need for family meals. The location is perfect, there is plenty of parking and it is close to everything however it still maintains a comfortable feeling of privacy. The porch was our favorite, we spent many hours out there laughing and talking. The owner was wonderful, we could not have asked for a better experience. We loved this house and look forward to renting it again. It is perfect!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This charming, vintage home is even roomier and nicer than the pictures. Very clean and attractively furnished. Generous bathrooms with full size tubs and great water pressure. That big front porch with comfortable, cushioned chairs was the real star. We gathered there over and over again, even when it rained. The kids loved the front path to ride their bikes and trikes on and we all enjoyed the friendly neighbors and nearby shopping. A nice bonus was the long clothesline out back for many, many wet towels. Don't miss Lucy the Elephant in Margate plus all the homemade ice cream places nearby.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

The house was clean and very amenable to my family's needs. Having a close location to the beach, boardwalk, and stores for necessities was a huge benefit. This house was perfect for our needs. The children had plenty of room to be children and the adults had their space. We especially appreciated the amount of parking available. This is such a rare commodity in Ventnor. Margate. Atlantic City.Recommended for: Families with young children.

We had a wonderful Christmas week here. The house was warm, welcoming, and beautifully decorated. Everything was in working order and the house was immaculate. We absolutely loved it! We had the best vacation! The house is lovely, very nicely decorated, comfortable beds, everything you need is there. Very nice part of Ventnor, we have been renting for years and this home is the best, we will return year after year. Would recommend to anyone considering. We have returned to your house for several years and we plan to come back next summer. Although it has rained constantly (2 hurricanes!) for the last two summers, we still had a great time. The porch is great for reading and a morning cup of coffee. It is the perfect house to have our children spend the week with their grandparents and visit with friends.
