Just cross the connector bridge for an easy 20 minute trip to historic downtown Charleston!
This beautifully decorated home is full of first class features. Each bedroom with private bath has access to a balcony. Three bedrooms are "master size" (1K, 2 Qs). The balconies are a great spot to view the ocean with your morning coffee! An elevator takes you from the garage to the second and third levels of the house.
Stairs from the L/R take you to an 800 sq ft rooftop deck with panoramic ocean views. Enjoy your evening cocktail hour as you watch the colors change from the setting sun. Have a romantic moonlit dinner up here and feel the cool ocean breeze.
Enjoy a day at the beach, lounge by the pool, or lay out on the rooftop deck. The pool table and ping pong table in the garage provide endless entertainment. The beach access path is just one house away on Palm (about 100 steps). Use the house wagon to transport your beach toys!
There are 9 TVs located throughout the house: one in each bedroom, a wide screen,surround sound HDTV in L/R, large TV in Den, and one in the rec area in the garage. Bring your laptop and use the high speed wireless or ethernet cable for internet access. DVD/VCR players in most bedroom TVs!
This beautifull home has been custom decorated with top notch furniture, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and hardwood floors through-out. Four covered porches. The decking around the pool was extended for even more pool space! Super size Garden Leisure hot tub with lounge seat, back therapy jets and waterfall features. Use the gas grill or charcoal grill to have a poolside picnic.
You will be sure to find activities in Charleston that satisfy every taste. The Charleston area is home to museums, walking and carriage tours, plantation tours, nightclubs, harbour cruises, theatres, concerts, and historic forts. Enjoy fabulous shopping in downtown Charleston in the open air market or on King Street! Charleston is also home to many great restaurants offering fine dining.
Sports fans can find many different activities close by as well. There are many great golf courses for those golf lovers. There are also tennis courts, wind surfing, fishing, scuba diving, horseback riding and many more activities!

Isle of Palms and Charleston have so much to offer. You can soak up the sun on the beach or enjoy a plantation tour during the day and then enjoy a relaxing night on the roof top deck or head into downtown Charleston for a night on the town!
The Unique Benefits at this House
We enjoy lounging by the pool/beach during the day. We love to watch the sunset on the roof top deck while having cocktails and appetizers. We prefer to cook dinner in a lot so we have provided all of the necessary kitchen ammenities. We love to end the night with ping pong, pool, and darts games.
A restaurant serving lunch/dinner that is right on the water. A short drive from our house or a 10-15 minute walk.

We started vacationing in Isle of Palms when our daughter, Katie Underwood, started attending College of Charleston in 2003. We absolutely fell in love with the area and decided to invest in our own beach home in 2005. We live in Raleigh, NC and try try to make it to Charleston as much as possible! Our daughter now lives and works in Charleston and handles the VRBO rental bookings. We have put a lot of thought into what renters enjoy while vacationing and are confident that you will find our home to be your own "home away from home."

Just returned from spending 6 nights at this wonderfully furnished home. This is probably one of the most well-equipped beach houses that we have had the pleasure of renting. The house has a feel that you are borrowing someone else's personal residence, not a house that is used only for rentals. The kitchen has everything that you could possibly need for cooking, preparing, & eating meals. The house is decorated very nicely and the furniture is sturdy and top notch. Loved the rooftop deck, unfortunately, with a few nasty weather days, we were not able to use it as much as we would have liked!! The owner was very easy to work with. We will definitely consider renting this house again next year!!

We stayed the week of July 4th. Thirteen adults and teens. It was exactly as we expected and as the pictures show. Well maintained and plenty of room for all of us to spread out during the day yet come together each night for a meal in the dining room. We were able to watch multiple fireworks displays from the rooftop, as well as enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean and sunset each evening. Very close to the beach access. The pool area is spacious and well laid out. There were pool floats and plenty of lounge chairs for both sun and shade. Being one street off the main drag kept us from feeling the crowds. Only 20 minutes drive to downtown Charleston was also a plus! I would definately recommend this home and hope to have a chance to go back to Isle of Palms agin in the future.

What a great house, we had a large group and everyone was in agreement the house was fantastic. Nicely furnished, room to spread out, close to the beach and marina. The downstairs area with TV was great for the kids to hang out and play legos and watch TV after a long day on the beach. The house is just across the street from the beach and the owners supply a large wagon to haul your beach gear! Having the pool and hot tub provided a great way to end each day, along with the pool table and ping pong table. The rooftop deck was large enough for all of us to enjoy. Very well maintained and pictures shown are very accurate. Owners are very nice to deal with. Highly recommend!
