Enjoy a fabulous vacation in this beautifully-appointed and fully-equipped 2,300 sq. ft. home located across the street from the Atlantic Ocean on Amelia Island. This absolutely beautiful, light, bright and airy 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house can sleep as many as 10 people.
Your fun begins with a bright kitchen, living and dining area - all part of an open floor plan which is great for entertaining. Your guests may want to spend their entire visit on the second level deck located off the living area and enjoy beautiful ocean views. A 55" LCD TV with a Playstation 3 / Bluray player with DirecTV HD is available in case you get tired of the view of the ocean or sound of the waves. A powder room, closet and huge laundry room complete the second floor.
The welcoming entry is on the first level. This level contains a bedroom with queen-sized bed and a second bedroom that has four twin beds, a deck with an ocean view and a Jack and Jill bath. A TV & Xbox 360 are also in this room for watching your favorite programs or for the younger set to play their video games.
On the second level, a huge master bedroom suite awaits you with a king-sized bed and huge walk-in closet. A LCD TV is also in this room so you can watch NFL Sunday Ticket on DirecTV or challenge your family to playing Tennis on the Wii game system from your bed. The master bath features a over-sized soaking tub and a separate large stall shower and double-basin sink.
The house is located within walking distance of Main Beach, a children’s park, putt-putt golf, heated pool, convenience store and restaurant. We are within 2 miles of downtown Fernandina Beach with Center street that is a tourist's haven.
We love riding our bikes into town. Lots of shops, restaurants, horse and carriage rides, walking tours, a museum devoted to the history of this island which has served under 7 different flags, day cruises, fishing cruises and almost any water sport imaginable.
There are 3 public golf courses on the island and more immediately off island that are excellent and a public tennis court. There is a recreation center with a new Olympic-size pool within walking distance. Ft. Clinch State Park is also a short bike ride away.
You're sure to love gentle Amelia Island which will welcome you back again and again.
We are dog lovers but we don't allow dogs that shed. No Smoking, please.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful, NEW townhouse. With two floors, there's room for people to spread out and yet we spent a lot of time together in the large, open great room too. We enjoyed using the upper deck; four of us often had dinner out there (large family). With the ocean a four minute walk across the street and down a lovely path, we went there several times a day. Shopping in Fernandina Beach is so close and has many delightful little stores to explore. We visited Fort Clinch - a must for any history lover - and took a pontoon boat to see Cumberland Island. All of these made for a wonderful and memorable week. Of all the places we looked at in person, this was top of the list! Will plan to come again.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This year was our fourth year staying at this house. As usual we very much enjoyed our stay.We used the kitchen every day for all three meals. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the ocean.

We had a wonderful relaxing weekend. We thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. My grandson had the biggest smile on his face when he saw the beach. This was my youngest daughters first time in the ocean ans she loved it.
