Our group thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful, NEW townhouse. With two floors, there's room for people to spread out and yet we spent a lot of time together in the large, open great room too. We enjoyed using the upper deck; four of us often had dinner out there (large family). With the ocean a four minute walk across the street and down a lovely path, we went there several times a day. Shopping in Fernandina Beach is so close and has many delightful little stores to explore. We visited Fort Clinch - a must for any history lover - and took a pontoon boat to see Cumberland Island. All of these made for a wonderful and memorable week. Of all the places we looked at in person, this was top of the list! Will plan to come again.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We thoroughly enjoyed Amelia Island with this lovely home as our base camp. Your home provided the perfect place for our family reunion. We loved walking the beach,exploring town and Fort Clinch. Hope to return again.

This year was our fourth year staying at this house. As usual we very much enjoyed our stay.We used the kitchen every day for all three meals. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the ocean.

We had a wonderful relaxing weekend. We thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. My grandson had the biggest smile on his face when he saw the beach. This was my youngest daughters first time in the ocean ans she loved it.

We had a terrific week. The weather was cooperative and the house is lovely. We vacation on Amelia Island every year, but never in a more beautiful home.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beach house. We had a blast and enjoyed the house almost as much as the beach. It was pretty inside and out I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful time at your beach home. The web site does not do it full justice. You have a quality home, wonderfully outfitted and decorated. Loved your quilt, Kay -- yes, we turned up the corner and discovered you made it. Wondered if you had help decorating -- loved the lighted birds in the stairwell, and the yellow bench and shelf with the pastel ball caps was adorable. What a good time we had. It was a week we'll hold in our hearts. We gave the baby and his parents the master bedroom, and had him available for loving with just a few steps!

We had a fantastic vacation! Thank you for your beautiful house. It was large enough for us to entertain our family who live nearby and thought they would spend a couple of days with us. Instead, they stayed the entire week! We all loved your house so much with the beach just across the street! We'll all be back!
