This beautiful second row, 3 bedroom, 2 full bath beach home has been remodeled and professionally decorated. It features large front and back decks--both with dining tables and chairs, beautiful ceramic tiles throughout, and a wood burning fireplace in the livingroom. Very short walk to Beach & Racquet club and just steps to the beach on your private path and boardwalk. Gorgeous direct ocean view from the spacious deck stretching full length across the back of this home. There is covered parking below the house for 2 cars, and open parking adjacent to the home for 2 more vehicles.
French doors open onto the back deck from living area, master bedroom and second bedroom. Quality furnishings throughout. Ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms and the living area. High speed wireless Internet, cable television with VCR and DVD in living area; cable television in master and second bedroom. King bed in master, second bedroom has one double bed, third has two twins, and there is a queen inflatable air bed to set up in the living area. Stereo in the living area with IPOD/MP3 docking station. Outdoor shower.
Pet friendly weekly and nightly rentals, limited to one dog (sorry, allergies prevent rentals to kitties). Pet fee is $15 per night, to a maximum of $90 per stay. All rates exclude taxes and vehicle gate pass; departure cleaning added to stays of less than one week
