About this property

Our wonderful Bungalow, located on the hill in Mezzegra / Lenno, enjoys a breathtaking view from every corner of the house, measuring 90sqm and consists of two elegantly furnished double bedrooms; a private bathroom with shower and toilet is located in the master bedroom while the other bathroom is complete with shower and bathtub. The living room is made up of a comfortable leather sofa, TV with satellite TV, DVD, CD; a beautiful open kitchen and the dining table complete the living area. On the large terrace outside, in addition to a dining table, a bench and deck chairs, there is a Jacuzzi with chromotherapy with a temperature of up to 40 °. Perfect both in summer and in winter. Storage room and laundry room complete the house. The property also includes a large garden with 10x4 swimming pool and solarium area with sun beds and umbrella. All for the exclusive use of our guests. Private car posts.

Fantastic

We had a wonderful stay. The location is great but as other reviewers stated it’s up a steep hill. We had a car that we used on occasion and it was very helpful for grocery runs. The property is really well maintained and the pool is fantastic. The view of the lake and surrounding area is amazing. We would definitely return.

Ideal Location

The property has exquisite views of which the online photos don’t do the exact justice. The location is perfect on the lake enabling you to get to Como, Menaggio, Bellagio, etc. easily. There’s a great supermarket nearby, great hiking/walking, a beautiful church, walkable restaurants (although a steep walk back). The pool and hot tub are beautiful. The property is very quiet with everything you need for a short or long stay. The owner was extremely easy to communicate with.

Incredible 2 bed/2 bath home - amazing location w/ beautiful lake views

This home far exceeded our expectations - I should mention that my husband and I typically stay in nice hotels so are probably pickier than most :). Here is what you need to know: 1. The home is very well-maintained and clean. The low-profile beds were surprisingly comfortable. The home has its own gated parking right at the house, too. We loved using the pool and hot tub after long days of exploring. The air conditioning was also great! 2. The host and manager were helpful - they provided information on the local area and we had fresh fruit and wine waiting for us - very thoughtful. 3. The location is great. Location was very important to us - we wanted to be central to explore all of the towns with ease. This home is in between Tremezzo and Lenno so the ferry access from either town is excellent. Furthermore, it is only a 10 minute walk down to the lake in Lenno. 4. It is important to mention that spectacular, unobstructed views means pretty steep roads -- we only walked back up to the home once. It is very steep so we highly recommend that you have a small or mid-sized automatic car - a car was essential for our stay. 5. My only recommendation would be to see if they can provide more towels for your stay. We had one large towel for each of us and would have liked one for pool/hot tub and one for the shower. 6. The pictures truly do not do its justice. The views from the balcony, hot tub, pool/yard, etc were incredible. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent séjour avec vue sur le lac de Côme

Maison parfaitement équipée, jacuzzi et piscine chauffée opérationnels pour notre séjour, superbe vue. Excellente situation pour visiter les incontournables du Lac de Côme. Impossible d'échanger avec la propriétaire via le site Abritel suite à un problème technique, mais heureusement, toutes les infos nous avaient été communiquées à l’avance. Merci à Elisa pour l’accueil parfait. Je recommande cette location sans hésiter.

Amazing property in a perfect location

Everything about the house and the location was impressive. The roads are steep and narrow but you get use to it and it is worth it for the stunning views over the lake and the mountains.
