Come down to the beach and relax in our beach home. We’ve got a spacious house waiting for you with all the comforts of a beach home, located on a canal where ducks and swans float by as you relax on the deck or from the enclosed sunroom.
We are located on Twin Lakes Point in beautiful Oceanside Village, a gated community with 24 hour security. Completely remodeled in Dec. of 2007. Nice, bright and clean. There is a heated indoor pool open year round and an outdoor pool in the summer. There is a playground for children, basketball and tennis courts. It is a short walk to a private beach access and The Conch Café, an oceanfront restaurant just outside the village. There are five stocked fishing lakes for the fishing enthusiasts, and safe surroundings for bike riding folks. Tournament courses abound on the Grand Strand for serious golfers and numerous miniature golf courses for family fun golfers. Golf carts are available for rental on premises for all licensed drivers.
We are fully equipped with a large kitchen with a built-in stove, microwave and dishwasher. The living room and dining room is ample and can accommodate large families. We have a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. All you will need will be your bathing suits, suntan lotion, beach towels and you are all set! There are about 1700 restaurants in the area, serving steaks, seafood and everything else in between to choose from. There are several spectacular shows to indulge in with dinner or after dinner, all within a short distance. There’s Dixie Stampede, Alabama, Medieval Times, Broadway shows at the Palace Theatre, House of Blues, Legends, and Tribute. Enjoy the great clubs, the shopping, the outlet malls and specialty shops, all located in the area.
We require that you be at least 25 years old, or a married couple. We do not allow smoking inside, nor pets. Please contact us by phone or email to reserve your week. $250 deposit due at time of booking, refundable by mail after departure. Payment in full due 15 days prior to arrival. Check in time is 3 PM. Check out is 11 AM.

- For the tennis buff, Oceanside Village has a newly resurfaced tennis court which is lighted for evening play, as well as a volleyball court complete with a new net and sand base for beach volleyball play. Just across the street is Tupelo Bay Golf Center, which has an 18-hole executive course, par 3 course, driving range, and Jamaican-themed miniature golf course. Fun for the entire family! For the young and the young at heart, there is a six-acre recreations area, which includes a backstop for baseball and softball and a children's playground with state of the art equipment.

Exactly what everyone wants out of a beach house. This place is beautiful, clean, spacious and has all the commodities. This was our second stay in OSV, but by far the best. We felt a real intrest by the owners in making our stay as enjoyable as possible. We were 4 adults with 4 kids and had plenty of room to sleep and do everything we wanted. The golf cart is a sweet addition to go to the beach and around OSV. We realy loved our stay and plan on comming back next summer. Thanks again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This was an amazing house I took my boyfriend & another friend down for the 2nd year and we had a blast. The house is just as the pictures look breath taking and will be a future visit for me. I enjoyed my stay, the kitchen area was just as the pictures looked, and I love cooking so I was feeling at home and having a great time making dinners and breakfast in that kitchen. I would recommend this house to anyone, the golf cart was nice to get to and from the beach to save on gas, the house is on a cul de sac which is nice, making it quite and relaxing for those summer nights. I will be staying there a lot in the next year, I'm already making plans on when to visit in the fall, just have to do my research on weather thats it.

We rented this lovely home 9/7-9/14/2010 We loved it! We had 5 teenagers with us and had plenty of room. We have stayed in Oceanside Village 3 or 4 times in the past two years and this by far was nicest. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Kids loved feeding the ducks ,swans and turtles off the deck. They also got a big kickball game started at the park and made new friends with the other vacationers. They are still talking about it and want to come back soon. Thank you to the owners for making it so easy to rent and answering all the questions we had .

We rented this for the first time the week of 4/17/10 thru 4/24/10. It's a lovely home in a very convenient gated community. Short ride to Myrtle Beach and Murrels Inlet. Nice deck on a small body of water where the swans and ducks greet you for breakfast every morning. Spacious kitchen with large counter and seating, 3 bedroom 2 bath home. I hope to stay there again next year.

This home is very clean and comfortable. The open layout of the kitchen, living room and sunroom make it feel far more spacious than it appears in the photos. The furniture and the beds are very comfortable and the appliances are like new. The outside deck with table and chairs is great for relaxing and watching the ducks and geese float by while the sunroom is perfect for rainy days. The high speed internet is an added bonus. We loved our stay at Twin Lakes and would definitely stay at this house again. Kathy
