Whether you choose to walk along the beautiful beaches or go to the Surf Diva surf camp, or arrange to have a massage by the pool from Lemon Grass, a magical vacation will be yours when you stay at our Pineapple Beach House.
Open to shaded wood decks, grassy yard and shrouded with a plethora of lush exotic palms and tropical flowers. Nothing could be more relaxing in the evening than listening to the surf while swimming in your organic saline pool and spa with waterfalls and bubbling koi pond. Entertain around the outdoor slate fire place around your pool cabana. Hawaii, Tahiti, and Fiji can wait!! This property is pure romance; shower off in the hot tropical rain forest shower amongst the palms under the avocado trees.
Within: vaulted seasoned lumber beams, granite counters and brand new kitchen with the sea shell chandelier. Walk barefoot on the smooth blonde bamboo floors, and relax on the plush sectional couch watching Direct TV or in your bedroom, happy room and pool house where you can wathc on one of our two plasma screen televisions. Pamper yourself in the gorgeous top of the line bathroom with flagstone floors and tumbled marble walls and floating glass shower doors.
There is also a detached "poets" cottage perfect for the honeymoon couple if sharing with another couple with private kitchen and bath or a wonderful place to take a afternoon nap after a day at the beach and fall asleep listening to the relaxing sound of the many waterfalls and fountains on the lush grounds. Walk to downtown Encinitas with all of its new shops, restaurants, bars, parks, train depot and beaches.
For the kids we have a custom made tree house they will love.
While you're there have a hand-crafted custom surfboard shaped by our personal friend Jeff "Rat" Bautista. Or just use one of our surfboards during your stay and ride one of the strand cruiser bikes down to the beach and live the California dream at the Pineapple Beach House in gorgeous Encinitas California.

The spa was a relaxing way to end each of our fabulous vacation days - The Quail Botanical Gardens, the Wild Animal Park, Legoland !!! Watching the surfers at Moonlight Beach. Each day was super and it was such a treat to have a lovely place to come home to! The Bath products, The extra towels, the glow sticks for the boys...all terrific.
