1025 Island Avenue is a 1000sf urban live/work loft in downtown San Diego. At the beginning of 2011 a full remodel of bathrooms, materials and finishes was planned and executed. The intent was to showcase the office and create a space to inspire ourselves as well as clients. Construction was complete March 2011. This loft has its own private entrance and secure parking. It is located within walking distance to Petco Park, restaurants, bars, gym, and only half a mile to San Diego Convention Center.
