This is the second year in a row that I have stayed in Kevin and Chris condo and both experiences have been great. The condo was beautiful, very clean and had all the accomodations of home in addition to an amazing view. Kevin and Chris were easy to reach and were always prompt in addressing questions. I would most definately recommend this condo to anyone and I look forward to returning very soon!

Staying at this lovely condo was better than expected. Having rented condos and villas, I came prepared to set up house with my basics. Everything that was needed was already there! The photos genuinely reflected how nicely everything was decorated. The bed was comfortable (always a concern) and the LR furniture great to curl up on and read! Best of all was the fabulous view...I had my breakfast on the deck each and every morning so I could enjoy the sounds and beauty of the gulf/beach. I was sorry to leave! From start to finish, this was the most easy vacation rental to set up with Kevin responding quickly and providing answers to all my questions. We actually got into LuLu's!!! and had lunch at The Hangout, visited the Fort, and otherwise, totally enjoyed our stay! Would I recommend renting this unit for a vacation? My answer is a resounding; "YES!" And, I plan to do so again. Thank you Kevin and Chris.

My husband and I and our two boys stayed here in August and had the best time! The condo was well furnished and very clean. The boys' loved the bunk beds. We had so much fun on the beach and at the pool. We got to watch baby sea turtles hatch and even watched dolphins from the balcony! Kevin and Chris were very professional and had very detailed instructions for us which was very helpful. Thank you all so much for letting us stay at your condo!

My husband and I stayed in this unit recently to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and it could not have been a more pleasant place to stay. It was on the 11th floor with a fabulous view of the swimming pool and beach. We enjoyed sitting out on the large veranda, laying out by the pool, renting an umbrella and 2 chaises on the beach and having dinner on the terrace of the clubhouse restaurant. The condo itself was very tastefully decorated and quite comfortable. We enjoyed dining at Lulu's several times and loved dining at Crazy Jack's while experiencing the beautiful sunset from their outdoor deck. Kevin was very helpful in recommending places to buy groceries and good restaurants. We will look forward to renting this unit from the Price's again in the future.

Thanksgiving at the beach

I took my two daughters 12 and 4yrs. to the beach for Thanksgiving break. We stayed in condo #1109 at the Doral tower. We had such a wonderful time. When we arrived the condo was so beautiful, the photos on the website although good, did not do it justice. Aside from being spotless, it had everything we needed to be comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, and there were plenty of clean linens. The beds as well as the living room furniture was so comfortable, and the girls loved the bunk beds tucked away in a nook in the wall. Kevin was such a pleasure to rent from. He e-mailed me detailed instructions about everything! Every detail about things inside the condo and everything to do explicitly when checking out. I knew exactly what to tell the guard when we arrived to get my parking pass, and I knew exactly what to do when I checked out. He even gave me his phone number to call if I ran into any problems whatsoever. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, although the water was too cold in the pool, the hot tub was perfect. We enjoyed a relaxing dip there every night after a fun filled but exhausting day of excursions. Both of the restaurants on the property had delicious food and great service. I felt like we could have stayed right there at The Beach Club and had a fantastic vacation without ever leaving the premises. Also, the Beach was beautiful! We didn't see not one drop of oil and we spent a whole day at the beach, the girls digging in the sand, and even getting into the cool November water. The weather was so good, we even got a little sunburn. We had a wonderful time and our experience in Kevin and Chris's condo could not have been better. I told Kevin my only complaint was we didn't rent for enough days. I would definately reccommend renting from them, and I hope to again myself in the future. Wonderful Labor day

Stayed at this condo for a long labor day weekend. We had a great time. The Beach Club offers something for everyone. This condo was the perfect size for us and was well worth the price. The owner was very easy to work with and responded to all of our questions quickly by email. We WOULD STAY here again and hopefully soon, because The Beach Club is a hidden jewel on the Alabama Gulf Coast!!

We just got back from our trip. The condo was lovely and so comfortable!!! We felt like we were at home. The condo had every thing we needed. Actually, we didn’t even leave The Beach Club at all while we were there. We definitely will be back to this vacation spot. Kevin and Chris were wonerful and so helpful in planning this trip. This vacation was our daughter's first trip to the beach and thank goodness it was at this condo. We will be back.........

Beach Club Condo (Kevin Price)

LIsting was accurate, photos were accurate, condo was clean. Also the condo has a great view, and Kevin and Chris (owners) were very helpful in answering all questions, communication was great. The owners are honest and upfront. You have to pay a deposit but as long as you maintain it the way that you received it you will be refunded (the deposit) in a timely manner. The dining was 5 star - Lambert's is a must as they are the home of "toss the roll". My daughter held her hand up for a roll.......ask and you shall receive, right in the face (no harm done). Mike's seafood is good, and if you are looking for mom & pop then you have to try Kitties Cafe. I would recomment this trip to my friends and family. Thanks Kevin and Chris for the good time.

My family and I stayed in this beautiful condo for a too brief first visit to the gulf shore in Alabama. The owners helped us arrange our visit on short notice, and expedited delivery of the keys for us. We were so impressed with the accomodations, the resort, the area and the property owners!! The condo is beautiful, but comfortable, and everthing necessary for a relaxing stay is included. We had plenty of sparkling white bath towels and clean dishes, cookware and flatware. Everything is immaculate! Our daughters enjoyed the bunk beds, and the extra 1/2 bath was a bonus! As I prepared quick meals for our family, I could see the emerald blue gulf waters from the kitchen! The view from the balcony is stunning...stretches of gorgeous white sand and beautiful blue water. The resort is lovely, with lush landscaping and several beautiful pools. The resort grounds are clean and very well-kept! We spent several lazy days wandering the beach and collecting interesting shells. We saw many unique birds and lots of marine life! The sand dunes are gorgeous and the beach itself rivals the most beautiful we have seen. We highly recommend this beautiful piece of paradise!

This is a great place to get away. We were close to all ammenities, but far enough away to have some peaceful relaxation. Room was very clean and new. (this was important for my family) Enjoyed everything that the complex offered. we especially liked the friendly people who worked at the facility. They were all so nice and helpful. nothing but good remarks. Beautiful view of the sunset from the balcony. Also spotted four to six dolphins from balcony on second day. Kevin was very easy to work with. thanks for a great week. It is located 15 miles off of hwy 59 on private beach with a guard. BEAUTIFUL! Kevin and Chris were such a pleasure to work with. They answered all of our questions and sent all of the requested and necessary information back in a timely fashion. There cleaning service even resembled them, nice, informative and eager to help make your stay the best that it can be. Gulfshores is very close to Florida and Mississippi, we ran out of time to see all that there was to see. The time that we had we took a ride to Pensacola, went to Dauphin Island, Perdido and Orange Beach. We ate at the Hangout 7 acres of fun on the beach! The best vacation hands down.You have got to see to believe! Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
