Off Season .. May 01-Dec 15 .. $1200/week or $250/night or $4300/month
Rates may be higher for certain holiday.
Rental period, Saturday to Saturday - Can be flexible.
$500 Security Deposit required.
Lodging tax: 10%.
Cleaning fee $150 per rental.  Check in 3PM, check out 10AM
