Very spacious living in this private 4000 square foot house that sits on Lake Murray where you can fish, ski or swim. So bring your boat or rent one and launch it from the private boat ramp. Of course, every lake house needs a private floating dock to swim from or just relax and watch the boats go by. Very relaxing, private getaway that is close in to everything yet, accessible to go shopping or eating in just minutes.
One of the nice features of the house is that there are no steep inclines inside the house or going to the dock, it is a split level with almost two of everything, two complete kitchens, one up and one down, two living rooms, one up and one down, and lake views from just about every room in the house with hardwood floors upstairs. The lake views are awesome with huge floor to ceiling glass windows on the lakeside of the house . The lake house is equipped with four fishing rods, basketball hoop, and plenty of room to spread out and have fun.
Bedding includes 400ct sheets with light down comforters -- although this changes from season to season, we try to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
