This premier Gulf front home has 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths and is conveniently located mid-way down Cape San Blas Peninsula. The floor plan allows a view of the ocean from every room in the house! The fully equipped electric kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and extra dining at the bar and a child's high chair. The kitchen, dining room, and living room have a great view of the ocean as they overlook a large furnished sundeck on the first floor. All bedrooms are gulf-front and open onto a fully furnished sundeck.

There are two Master Suites:
*The first-level Master Suite is located off of the living area and features a king-size bed with a private spacious bath with shower, Jacuzzi, his and hers vanities, and walk-in closet, plus private washer and dryer just for this room. You also have access to the covered deck from this suite.

* The second-level master suite features a king-size bed with a private spacious bath with shower, Jacuzzi, his and hers vanities and walk-in closet. You have access to the covered upper deck from this suite.

The second level includes a landing area with a writing/computer desk and twin hide-a-bed loveseat.

There is also a bedroom with a queen bed, and another with two sets of bunkbeds that share a bath off of the landing area. All three bedrooms on the second level face the beach and have access to a covered deck where you can enjoy beautiful views of the beach as you watch the dolphin and drink your coffee.

The laundry/utility room with a washer, dryer is also located on the second level. An iron and ironing board are included, as well as a deep utility sink.

This home features: central air and heat, ceiling fans throughout, four cable TVs, two VCR's, and one DVD in the living area, covered parking underneath with hot and cold outside shower and utility/fish-cleaning sink. Easy and beautiful beach access on private boardwalk. 2900 square feet of living space.

Washer (2): There are two washers in the unit -- one in the Master Suite on the first floor and one in the laundry room on the second floor. Dryer (2): There are two dryers in the unit -- one in the Master Bedroom Suite on the first floor and one in the laundry room on the second floor. Covered Parking: There is covered parking on both sides of the unit with covered access to the unit on both sides. The covered parking will accomodate 4 vehicles. Wood Fireplace: There is a wood-burning fireplace in the living room. Logs are available for purchase at the convenience store on the cape.
Beds	King Bed (2): There are king beds in the Master Suite on the first level and in the Master Suite on the second level. Both Master Suites are gulf-front bedrooms. Queen Bed: There is a queen bed in the middle gulf-front bedroom on the second level. Bunk Bed (2): There are two sets of standard bunk beds in a gulf-front bedroom on the second level (sleeps 4). Convertible Bed: There is a hide-a-bed loveseat in the office landing on the second level that converts into a twin bed.
Entertainment	Cable/Satellite TV (4): Cable TVs are in the living room, both Master Suites, and the Queen bedroom. DVD VCR (2) Video Library: Multiple videos and DVDs are located in the shelves in the living room for renters to enjoy. CD Player Stereo System Jetted Tub in Bath (2): There are jetted tubs in both Master Suites, in addition to the showers.
Kitchen	Full Kitchen: Includes disposal in sink. The kitchen if fully equiped. Cooking Utensils Provided: Also includes blender, mixer, dish towels, pot holders, popcorn popper, knives, assorted pots and pans, large stock pot for boiling shrimp and crabs, and 2 drip coffee pots.
