Remember grandma's or great aunt's summer home? This is it! This 1920's era cabin is modern and well equipped. It is a bright and cheery home in the South St. Vrain Canyon. A small seasonal stream runs through the front yard. In addition, the Middle St. Vrain river and a pond are just across the street. The cabin feels more secluded that it really is. It has 2 bedrooms, a full bath, a well equipped kitchen, a dining room, a livingroom with a wood-burning native stone fireplace, and it will sleep 7. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a full size bed, there is a full size pull-out sleeper sofa in the livingroom and a twin size roll-away is also available.
From the cabin it is only 24 miles to Estes Park, 7 miles to Allenspark, 16 miles to Lyons and about 30 miles to Boulder or Longmont. Rocky Mountain National Park and the Indian Peaks Wilderness are nearby.
