Only one house between your accommodations at the Happy Lobster and the pool. Close enough to keep an eye on the kids, or return for the little things you may have forgotten. Porches and master bedroom balcony for those quiet times. Full-size washer and dryer on the first floor. For those not partial to climbing stairs there is a first floor bedroom as well.
This place is brand new. The Happy Lobster is well appointed and decorated in an easy living but very upscale West-Indies feel for that perfect vacation in paradise. Wireless high-speed internet service is free. Bring your laptop and 802.11b card to stay in touch and check your e-mail when you come back from the beach.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Security Deposit is due within 5 days of making reservation. Full rental amount + Cleaning, taxes, and pet fee if applicable is due 30 days prior to occupancy.
Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival for refund of deposit less the administration fee. If you book within 90 days of your arrival date, you will have two weeks from the time you make the reservation to cancel with a full refund of your deposit less the administration fee. If you cancel after final payment has been made and if we are able to re-rent the property, your rental fees and deposit will be refunded less the administration fee of $25.
REFUND/SEVERE WEATHER POLICY
Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures. If hurricanes or other extreme weather conditions occur the County Emergency Management Offices of North West Florida in conjunction with the National Weather Service may issue a mandatory evacuation notice. Only at that time, will refunds be pro-rated from the time of your departure. If no evacuation notice is issued by either of these government agencies and you choose to leave before the end of your reservation or to cancel because of the potential threatening weather, neither refund nor compensation will be made.
NOTE: NO SMOKING. (INQUIRE RE/SPECIAL NEEDS) WE WILL NOT RENT TO PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by/ and be staying with a parent or legal guardian for the entire length of the rental.
