  The accommodations were great. Large and spacious condo and decorated very nicely. We love Hilton Head and would stay in condo again. Mr. Harbour's was great to work with.

  The four of us found the accomadations outstanding and really enjoyed our time in Hilton Head. The convenient location allowed us to move freely about the area with excellent access to golf, restaurants and shopping. We had an excellent time and plan on visiting again!!

  My husband and I had an awesome stay at Springwood Villa for the month of January 2013. Booking the Villa was easy and quick. After seeing the ad, we contacted the owner, Dennis, who answered all of our questions in a very timely fashion, and the reservation was made via computer. The Villa is exactly as depicted in the ad photos. It is spacious, well furnished, well decorated and well equipped. Dennis and his wife have put their TLC into the Villa. The balcony with the beautiful view of the grounds was our favorite place to unwind after a day at the Fitness Center across the street or a round of golf on the island. The beach and restaurants and shopping are walking distance. We would recommend this Villa to couples and families with kids and/or in-laws because of the location and the nearby activities, not to mention the beautiful Villa with it's nice large kitchen, three large bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms! And the balcony......the balcony!!

  Dennis was very responsive and great to work with. We handled all the arrangements via email. The villa was as advertised and was very spacious and comfortable. I would recommend this villa to my family and friends. I especially liked the large kitchen and dining area, bathrooms with each bedroom and the central location on the Island and proximity to Coligny Plaza. We will plan to stay here again the next time we visit HHI. The fitness facilities and pool were also very nice and easy to access.

  I absolutely enjoyed my couple of days stay here at the villa. We have a small condo on the beach at Hilton Head but I needed something with more room. I got on the Internet and looked at several places and sent several request. Dennis responded to my request the same day and we got all the paperwork together. I talked to him on a Tuesday and needed the place that Friday. He was such a pleasure to work with. The pictures that you see on the website are spot on. This villa makes you feel like you are at home. If you are looking for a home away from home getaway this is the place to stay. I will definitely be using it again when I am in need of more room.

  From our initial communication with the owners to our post-stay confirmation of our excellent visit to Hilton Head, their genuine hospitality was indeed evident. The location was peaceful and equidistant between nearly every place we wanted to visit. Excellent workout and indoor pool facility close by with free access. Clean and comfortable, with updated furnishings made us feel right at home.

  My family has just returned from a fantastic mini-vacation at HHI. The weather cooperated - wasn't too hot so we could enjoy entire days at the beach. We try to go to HHI in the spring and again after Labor Day - generally the weather is so nice and it isn't as crowded. This was our first experience staying at the Harbours' villa and we were very pleased. Your villa is tastefully decorated and has a very "homey" feel. Kitchen had everything we needed. The villa is very spacious - with 4 adults and 4 little ones, we were able to spread out. We loved having bathrooms with every bedroom; (mainly so Grandma "GeeGee" could enjoy her very own private bath..lol!) Enjoyed having morning coffee on the balcony while looking for alligators in the lagoon. Took a trip around the property while trying to find pool until we were told you access pool area from back balcony but we found it. the property is well maintained and has a secure feeling about it. Love this location on So. Beach - short walk to beach, shopping, restaurants and putt-putt. Caligny Beach is one of our favorites because of the amenities it offers; i.e., baths, showers, sitting areas - always very clean. The owner (Dennis) was very responsive to our needs. He was a pleasure to deal with. We will certainly check on availability of this villa on our future visits. On our next trip, we will definitely check on availability at this property.

  We were very pleased with our experience at this villa. The location is wonderfully convenient to the South Beach area & pool facility is a good place to relax. Perfect arrangement for families, as we have grown teens & it was great to have multiple bathrooms and spread out. Owner was reachable & attentive to cable problem, even though has wasn't on site and obviously beyond his control. I would suggest the cleaning service supplies more garbage bags and toilet paper, or please let renters know to buy their own, & does a better job wiping out the fridge. Iron was broken, (who irons on vacation?! :-) but these are minor issues & does not reflect that much on the overall positive rental experience. Bring your own beach chairs & umbrella but pretty much everything else you need is supplied. Very close to local grocery stores and Coligny Beach area. Great place & indeed spacious!

  Just returned from our stay in HH at Springwood Villas. The location was great especially if you have older children who want to go out to the restaurants, stores and music venues at Coligny which was in walking distance.. My fav was the access to the gym at the Players Club. It was across the street and offered all a variety of equipment, lap pool and a variety of classes. Also liked being in walking distance of the Bi-Lo grocery store - The condo had everything we needed for a nice, relaxing vacation.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

  Dennis was great to work with, he answered all questions in a timely manner. The condo was beautifully decorated. Upon arrival the condo was clean and everything looked new. If I ever make it back to HHI I will definitely look into this property again. The condo is close to everything you need, the grocery store, lots of restaurants and the beach. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.
