The Land's End - four-story buildings are an exclusive gated community, have Mediterranean architecture and are almost completely surrounded by water... On the west side by the Gulf of Mexico and the east side by Blind Pass and at the south where Blind Pass joins with the Gulf of Mexico.
Our condominium is a two bedroom, two bathroom, corner unit on the top fourth floor (has an additional daybed with trundle, in total six beds) overlooking the Blind Pass channel (with all the luxury boats passing by). Other than the beach front condos this bay front condo has a nice cool shadow on the balcony in the normally hot afternoons and it has a spectacular view to the city of St. Petersburg at night. At the same time, it is only a few steps to the beach. With 1255 square feet, this condominium is one of the largest in Land's End and this rare corner floor plan is located in just a few of the property's ten buildings..., but you get it normally for the same price as the smaller units. It is as special as the view and property. Enjoy the boardwalks around the buildings and watch the fantastic sunsets over the Gulf on one of the most wonderful beaches in Florida!

Why the Owner Chose Treasure Island
Our family has lived in St. Petersburg in the nineties and already then we were fascinated about the magnificent beaches at this place. Treasure Island isn’t populated by too many highrise buildings and we love especially the Spanish architecture of Lands End.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our condo is one of the few really large 2-bedroom condos at Lands End. It is a corner unit with many windows and therefore there is so much light in it. We are on the top floor and have a wonderful view on the Blind Pass Canal. Sitting in the shadow on the terrace on the warm or sometimes hot afternoons and watching the luxury boats passing by is just a relaxing entertainment. And then : It is just a few steps to one of the most wonderful beaches.

We are a Swiss family who love Lands End at Sunset Beach as the real contrast to our mountains in Switzerland. With this spot we fulfilled our dream to escape the often wet and cold springtime/fall period in Europe and enjoy the warm temperatures at the golf of Mexico.
