This is a newly decorated, beach condominium that has been designed for comfort and family fun. It is in an ideal location, close to the outlet mall and great restaurants Destin has to offer. Baytowne Wharf is just minutes away. The beach is gorgeous and ready for relaxation or water sports just a short walk from the condominium. We are on the gulf side where you can walk or bike ride down the scenic beach road.
The condominium is equipped with everything you may need. It sleeps 6, one king bed and one queen and a queen sofa sleeper. There is also a blow up mattress for one. There are two bathrooms. You will find the color scheme and artistic touches inviting and fun. This is your ideal place to create lasting, wonderful memories. Great view of the fireworks at Baytowne Wharf from the condo balcony.

The decor was bright, cheerful and inviting. The condo had very good proximity to the beach and it was very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit. It could, however, use a very good cleaning. One other disappointment was that the sofa sleeper was not great for anyone to sleep on. It was also smaller than I had expected it to be from the pictures. The owner was very helpful and prompt in answering all of our questions prior to the stay. I probably would not stay in this unit again; I would want something a little bigger/nicer and would want a unit that includes beach chairs and umbrella for the week. (there were a few chairs in the unit, but one of them was broken, and the umbrella was not in good condition either....plus the inconvenience of carrying them back and forth each day). I went to this condo in June of 2010 & had an absolute blast! It is so colorful & fun! The perfect place for a perfect get a way! :) I will be going back in just two weeks & I can't wait for a relaxing seven days to spend here for the second year in a row!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Winter- from $115/ nightly......$1200 monthly Spring- $1300 wk.....$200/ nightly Summer-$1525-$1650 weekly rental only Fall-$150-$200 night 11.5% tax.......$85 cleaning......$30 rental damage ins. prices subject to change

About the owner: We live in Marietta Ga., have always loved the beach and vacationed at this complex while our daughter was growing up. I have been a flight attendant with American Airlines for 40 years and my husband is in the importing business and has a showroom at the Atlanta Apparel Mart.

Love the location and the fact it is laid back and family friendly. There just is no prettier beach anywhere! Lots to do for every age group ,great restaurants, and family fun events. Close to Baytowne Wharf and the Commons.
