Two-Story House on Stilts--Shore Drive--Second Row-Sleeps 8
Year Purchased: 2004
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We chose to buy this home because it is in a great location, being in walking distance to Ocean Annie's (The Sands beach Club), 2 mins from the Tanger Outlets and Colonial Mall, 5 mins from Barefoot Landing and 8 mins from Broadway at the Beach. It is also about 8 mins from the Myrtle Beach Convention Center and basically across the street from the beach. It has a private pool for our 24 house community and it's a single family home, not a condo like so many typical rentals in Myrtle. Just up the beach from the Apache Pier (great for kids).
The Unique Benefits at this House
Peace and Quiet, while still being right down the street from a variety of conveniences - bars, restaurants, grocery stores, ABC stores, clubs, shopping, etc...

Awesome rental house for family of 5

Myself and our family of 5 had a wonderful time staying at this house, while visiting Myrtle Beach for our first time. The location was perfect, as it was across the street from the beach and roughly 5-10 to all the main attractions; shopping, dining, outlet malls, nightlife, kids attractions. The house was very clean and it seemed as though the hardwood floors downstairs were brand new. The house sits in a very peaceful area and there was no through traffic, so our kids were able to play in the driveway and cul-de-sac, without any worries, while we sat up on the deck and relaxed. I highly recommend this house and will be returning. Jen

This house was absolutely perfect. The house is well kept and plenty big enough for our family. We have been going to Myrtle Beach for the past 10 years and this is by far the best accommodations we have had. The community is very peaceful and it's just a short walk to the beach. The owners are great to work with and we have already booked again for next year.

This beach house was everything it was advertised to be and then some. The owner was so helpful and easy to work with. The house is great shape and was ready for us upon our arrival. The owner was kind enough to have the AC on for us as the temps were in the high 90's when we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed and the appliances worked as if they were new. The house is large and very comfortable. The location is perfect. It is so close to the beach. And "right around the corner" from the local attractions. They are so close you don't even notice the drive time. The pool is nearby and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We recommend this house to everyone. Thanks for a great stay. We'll be back next year.

We loved this house. It was in a great location, close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. Owner was very polite and helpful, and the house was in great condition. We loved how close to the beach it was, and it was in a great location on Lake Arrowhead Drive. We will absolutely plan to stay here in the future. We had 4 adults and 5 children, and had plenty of room.

We have just returned from our trip to the house. It really was beautiful. A few surprises here and there. But all in all it is a wonderful place to stay. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. I would reccommend this place to friends and family. We can't wait to come down again. Thanks for the experience.
