This mountain hide-a-way feels like home and is only one block from Main Street and two blocks from BreckConnect. It has five bedrooms and three baths and was remodeled in 2007. The location is great for walking to restaurants and shops, to the Gondola or catching the shuttle bus to the ski areas. Enjoy mountain views from the six-person hot tub. The downstairs has an open floor plan with den, dining room, and kitchen equipped for 12. Den has cathedral ceilings, stone fireplace, flatscreen TV with cable, VCR/DVD and stereo. Dining room has a wall of windows with a view of the mountains. The kitchen has all new appliances, fixtures, cabinets and granite countertops. In addition, there are three bedrooms and a newly remodeled bath with stall shower. The bedrooms include one queen, a set of bunk beds, and a daybed with a trundle. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. The house is equipped with wireless high speed internet.
Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, window with a view and a newly added master-bath with steam shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds and a private bath with shower/tub.

We are Scott and Pam Inglis, displaced Texans living in New Jersey. Breckenridge is special to us. We have been coming here for 25+ years and feel it is our home away from home. After renting or staying with friends for most of those years, we finally found a home that suits us perfectly. It's casual and comfortable and fits our family of four plus various extended family and friends. Our two teenage boys love to snowboard but love the summer just as much. We try to get out to Breckenridge as often as possible. Each season holds it own charm. The winter is obvious but summer is fantastic and the fall is gorgeous. We hope you will be able to enjoy Breckenridge as much as we enjoy it.

Just wanted to tell you what a wonderful time we had in Breckenridge, and at your lovely house. It worked out perfectly! Your house is really great, we let the kids have the downstairs bedrooms, and had the adult retreats upstairs. It was so great that each upstairs bedroom has its own bathroom. The kids loved the yard. The location was really convenient. And we completely fell in love with Colorado. We're going to try to come back next summer.

This place is perfect for any size party. We had 10 people for a weekend ski trip in March and the accommodations were fabulous! The house has all of the necessary amenities (bedrooms, bathrooms, hot tub, kitchen, flat screen, etc). We walked three blocks to the gondola to get on the mountain in the morning. At night, the bars and restaurants are only a few blocks away with a myriad of options. I can't really say anything negative, picking up and dropping off the keys was super easy. Everything that was described in the listing and with the photos matched what we rented. I would highly recommend this option and I would definitely stay again! Thanks, Brady

Six coworkers and myself left our wives and children behind for a long weekend in Breck. Your house made it as good as it could be. Beds for everyone, all the amenities we needed, and the best location possible. So awesome to simply ride the gondola down each day and make the short walk in our ski boots to the house. If we can swing it again next year, we'll definitely stay at your place again. Thanks for everything!

I've had the pleasure of staying at this home two times and it is just spectacular. The decor of the home is beautiful, updated yet approachable and comfortable. The beds are very, very comfortable and the linens and duvets are fabulous. The steam shower in the master bedroom is spa-like and a real treat. The view from the dining room table is beautiful and I enjoyed sitting on the back porch just quietly reading and staring at the fluttering leaves on the Aspen trees. Simple and sweet. What I love most about the location of this home is that within minutes, you can walk to the walk/bike path that runs along the river. It's a great place to get exercise or simply stroll. I even a found a quiet spot down the path on some large rocks to just sit and soak in the view. Being from Texas, those moments are priceless. The other obvious advantage is the short walking distance to all the shopping and many restaurants. But cooking in this kitchen is easy and certainly worth using. The large screen TV is also worth mentioning. Nice addition from my first visit in 2008. Hope to return again in the future. Great memories have been made there and hope for more!

This home was a perfect, roomy place for a ladies' getaway weekend. I love to "trade up" when I vacation to places with nicer amenities than I have in my own home - and the bathrooms, lush towels, instant hot water in the shower, and granite/stainless kitchen are luxurious and brand new looking. Everything is spotless and thoughtfully arranged. Kitchen has a fabulous stash of spices, oils, dressings and basic ingredients to make cooking simple if you want to cook, which we did quite a bit. The lineup of cozy sofa, recliners, snuggly throws for everyone, all along the fireplace/TV area was the best - everyone has a good spot for movie watching. Dining table with huge bright windows overlooking wildflowers is a stunning view for breakfast and sunset dinners. The decor is very rustic but high end - the bedding on my daybed room is beautiful. Enjoyed that you had wireless for me to keep up with work, thanks for staying on top of the modern conveniences for your guests! I love that it is tucked away up on a hill but each of us could walk a few blocks to the shopping and restaurant downtown strip and didn't have to keep connecting with each other to drive back and forth. The high quality furniture and antiques are a nice step up from the usual cargo furniture I see at vacation homes. Beautiful, restful place for very large group - would be great to gather a couple families there - I hope to be back!

I live in Denver and had my girlfriends from across the country up for a mountain weekend getaway! What a wonderful house! It was so warm and cozy, with all the light coming in from the windows and the great mountain view. We also loved how close it was to town (within walking distance). Everything about our stay ws delightful. I will def. be coming back!

Scott & Pam, Your house was lovely and fit all of us just right. I loved the gas stove, since that is what I have at home here in Boulder and I am the cook in the family. Everyone remarked how great and comfortable the beds were. We put up lights and a small artificial tree and the house had a real Christmas feel. The views from the dining room table are fabulous.
