  • I can not say enough about this condo!!! The decor is beautiful!! I loved the colors in every room. We stayed here in June of 2008 and had a wonderful time. The location of the unit is great, the covered parking is great and the pool and beach are wonderful. We have been coming to Panama City every summer for 10 years now and this condo is by far the best.I could go on and on.....stay here!!! Kandy-Georgia

  • We couldn't have asked for a more perfect "getaway weekend!" From the moment we stepped into the condo, we were awed by the simple elegance and comfort there. Everything we could have asked for was right at our fingertips. Our boys loved being able to watch a movies at night in their own room, and spend the morning watching the seagulls from the balcony! We loved the privacy of having a seperate room from the kids, just like at home. The bathrooms were a wonderful surprise, with their size and decor. We have traveled to Panama City on several occasions, and never did we feel happier with our choice of locations, or more "at home". The DiTota's made reservations an easy and simple thing, rather than a chore. It's a toss up wether we enjoyed the beach right outside, or the unique pool more! Before we left, our boys were referring to #303 as "Our New Home". We were all disappointed when we had to leave, and we can't wait to go back. We will definitely be staying at the same place!

  • The condo at 303 Sterling Reef was absolutely wonderful!! The decor was gorgeous & the room was very comfortable and relaxing with a great layout. We LOVED the master bath garden tub & the very roomy balcony. There was plenty of room for everyone. The staff was very friendly with great beachside service. We had a wonderful time and will be staying here for all our future beach trips.

  • Gorgeous place!! Played the Mariott courses. We especially liked the Nicklaus course! Great savings by staying at your place! We had another friend that had a seperate room in Reef and ours was SOOOOO superior to the other 2 bedrooms here at Reef. I would recommend your place to others!

  • We absolutely loved our time at Sterling Reef. At all times we felt safe and secure. Our unit was extremely well appointed, having everything we needed to live in luxury. The kitchen was equipped with up to date appliances and stocked with every utencil required to live comfortably. Unit 303 is beautifully decorated and well maintained. All of our guests loved the time spent with us at the unit.
