This well kept condo was even prettier than the pictures. The owner was so gracious and helpful. The staff at Sterling Reef was very accommodating and the facility was very well kept. I truly can not think of a negative thing to stay - condo was fully equipped, the weather was great. I could have stayed on and on and on!!!!!!!!!! Really would HIGHLY recommend to anyone, anytime.

Such a great place to stay

We went down to PCB for an "adult swim" with another couple and had the best time. The condo is so beautifully decorated and equiped for everything. We have stayed at other PCB condos, even others at Sterling Reef and this one is the nicest BY FAR! The balcony was an amazing place to watch the sun rise and set and to enjoy your friends and family over dinner and a glass of wine. Chris was so accomodating to our needs and had great sugguestions for local eateries as we love places "off the beaten path". We will definately be back and are already planning our next vacation!

We just wanted to say thank you Chris, for such a wonderful place to stay during our visit! Your condo is exactly as advertised and we so enjoyed ourselves! I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful you were in giving us pointers on eating out and activites---we had a great vacation and really made some wonderful family memories! The beach at the property was great and close (which is a plus with kids) and there were more than enough places to go eat and keep ourselves busy for our 10 day stay (some within walking distance)! We didn't use the pool too much--we prefer the beach, but it was nice to have when we did use it. Your condo is beautiful and clean and it was a very peaceful place to return to after a full day of activities...we spent most of our time in the mornings and evenings on the patio...beautiful sunrises/sunsets, the fishing pier, listening to the ocean and although I didn't personally see any dolphins from the condo, some friends staying in another unit said one afternoon they saw about 15 of them playing in the water! The kitchen had what we needed...although we didn't do much cooking...mostly quick meals/snacks and most of our meals were eaten out...I'm also not a huge fan of cooking while on vacation! It was also convenient to have laundry right in the unit! If we make it back to Panama City again, we will look you up again for sure! Thank you again for all of the information on the area and for working with our dates--it helped to make it a vacation that we will always remember!

I was fortunate enough to spend a couple of weeks in this Condo. From the first moment that I stepped into it I knew that it was going to be a great experience for me. It has a comfy “home” atmosphere. Everything you could possibly need to make your stay pleasurable.. My favorite was the balcony, the view is just amazing. It is located so close to everything that you could possibly want to do during your stay. I definitely recommend renting this for a enjoyable beach experience. Thanks Chris for sharing your Condo with us and even calling to make sure everything was okay. I will recommend it to my friends.

TRANQUIL PLACE IN THE SUN

My wife and I spent the whole month of March 2011 and loved every minute. Even though the Spring Breakers were parading up & down Front Beach Rd. - the beach side was as private as you could hope for . The balcony turned out to be the center of our vacation. We had our morning coffee, ate lunch and sunbathed daily - just by stepping through the sliding doors. Other than a one day trip to the casino we began each day outside - on our balcony! The unit itself was gorgeous - decorated & furnished beautifully! We found a great little spot for breakfast - which created a terrific atmosphere to start the day. (My wife thinks cooking on vacation violates some law of Nature!). Silver Reef is close to a dozen or so great restuarants - a few within walking distance and we tried most of them. Our pattern was to have Breakfast & Dinner "out" and Lunch at home in the sun. A great way to live. I recommend this rental condo and its owner 's program highly - and intend to return next year - & the year after , too!

I notice my husband forgot to mention a few of my favorite things: 1 - The kitchen was well equipped - we ate one meal here every day. The balcony makes for a great dining experience. 2 - The bathrooms are terrific - especially the master with its oversize tub. ! 3 - The sunsets are lovely - we watched 31 in a row - BEAUTIFUL. 4 - The pool area seems expecially private - and clean and perfect for sunbathing. 5 - Having designated rental chairs and an umbrella is a great touch. 6 - The new fishing pier is awesome (for watdhing or fishing) & we saw dolphins, too! 7 - We had a guest with us and having BIG SCREEN TV's in each bedroom was great.

I can not say enough about this condo!!! The decor is beautiful!! I loved the colors in every room. We stayed here in June of 2008 and had a wonderful time. The location of the unit is great, the covered parking is great and the pool and beach are wonderful. We have been coming to Panama City every summer for 10 years now and this condo is by far the best.I could go on and on.....stay here!!! Kandy-Georgia

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect "getaway weekend!" From the moment we stepped into the condo, we were awed by the simple elegance and comfort there. Everything we could have asked for was right at our fingertips. Our boys loved being able to watch a movies at night in their own room, and spend the morning watching the seagulls from the balcony! We loved the privacy of having a seperate room from the kids, just like at home. The bathrooms were a wonderful surprise, with their size and decor. We have traveled to Panama City on several occasions, and never did we feel happier with our choice of locations, or more "at home". The DiTota's made reservations an easy and simple thing, rather than a chore. It's a toss up wether we enjoyed the beach right outside, or the unique pool more! Before we left, our boys were referring to #303 as "Our New Home". We were all disappointed when we had to leave, and we can't wait to go back. We will definitely be staying at the same place!
